We chose Dulux Orchid Rise instead...oso purple tone but much lighter than mysterious...yeak said this color oso nice...will not be so dark better choice for my case....my bedroom not much sunlight de..heehee... yah...if handover 25th that means i left with few days to move in le...need to check the date with my shifu again..scared not a good date to move in with my guan yin oso...no time liao....and i still havent find a mover yet...jiak lat! Carpentry will be on 24th or 25th bah...after lights installation....quite rush actually....

My Master Toilet This black and white floral tiles will be on one side of the wall...the rest 3 sided wall tiles will be white.

wah..angel your house progress really super fast leh...lucky you....my house reno will delay abit cos yeak electrician on leave for 1 week from 14th to 21st. So can only install lights on 23rd. Then carpentry and kitchen worktop...he said try his best to handover on 25th. Your mysterious color very nice...initially i oso wanted to choose this color but later think it will be very dark in my small bedroom...and i only have 2 small panels of window..not much sunlight so didnt choose in the end... This color oso very nice in living area cos that time i went rondy house and see this color blends very well with his dark floor laminate got very cozy and romantic feel....good choice

My kitchen cabinet laminate I will be doing the white one top cabinet and the green one at the bottom....then my solid top will be off white. My common toilet (exactly same wall tiles as Rondy)

Hi pinkpetter...i believe your friend 3 room should be those 3 1/2 room corner(82m2) or those come with a upgraded utility room (73m2). These 2 types of layout will cost more than $310k in amk. Anyway...already buy liao cannot regret lah..hahah...most impt we really like the location hi smallboy...thanks...very exciting but oso very tiring leh..hahaha....luckily not everytime move house if not really headache man...

yah...initially we want to do a half height cabinet to hide the gaint chute...but thats abt $400.00. Who knows after yeak saw our white kitchen wall tiles..he himself told us actually dont need to waste $ to do the cabinet...i was like huh did i hear wrongly...then he further explaint the gaint chute just need a fresh coat of white paint and it will looks nice liao...i m very gam dong lor...my contractor so frank de...no hard sales type..super qing chai...and today is the 8th day of reno..he didnt even chase me for payment...super pai say! glossy marble for toilet ahh...wow...must be very nice lor..i went to choose tiles in hafary oso saw the glossy floor tiles very nice and wanted to use it for kitchen but the lady in the shop strongly against it...somemore said i will regret if choose it...my hubby quickly ask me to choose those anti-slip ones....not so chio lor...

hi lawry...yalor...this is a typical 3 room flat design 30 years ago...haha...initially i wana save some reno $ to keep the terrazzo flooring but my hubby objected! We bought this place is basically wana near my parent in law...as they are looking after my daughter in the weekdays (me a weekend mummy). This unit i bot is very expensive...but no choice...we like its location and near to amk hub/central, walking distance to mrt etc...paying a higher price for all these lor....

what about your white and red kitchen? when is yeak doing yr carpentry? i will need to sms him later and ask what is he doing tis whole week...hahaha...i guessed it will be rewiring and plastering bah....i told u b4 rite...he wants all my stuff to be delivered next monday...so installation of wc and stuff should be ready by next week... yeak said this friday then do rewiring...do u know normally how many days they need to do rewiring one har?

yah its terrazzo...i m not going to hack away...but will overlay laminate instead...i actually do not mind the terrazo cos very cooling and no grouts...BUT my hubby dun like lor...
