I asked for it de lah....hahaha....my that soft closing oso last min install de....and my hubby said yeak's brother install very fast le....but hor...mine really looks more fragile lor...precious one very solid! If u want u better ask for precious type....i try take pictures and show u next time....got to wait for my friend to return me my camera 1st....

hihi...me move in already 2 months...so far the LS only come twice....one with sticker pasting on my door, the other one splash black paint on my poor gate! My hubby called up the LS to question them...both LS oso said the ex-owner is the guarantor....so lucky we manage to get hold of the ex-owner (by the help of the agent). He keeps on apologized to us and said he will settle everything for us. All these happen within the month of April..And the aircon complaint oso start in april....hahah....not a very auspicious month for us lor.... Tell us more what did yeak demo to you....curious leh...heehee....

We never think of that lor...we only want one drawer to put all the impt stuff...like marriage certs, passport, jewellrey etc. In our mind we only think we want more space to hang clothings only...heehee...in the end oso not enough and got to boro some space from my gal's wardrobe.

heehee...thanks! After installing the water tray we oso sleep in peace le man! Now we got another headache to settle....LOANSHARK! hahaha....our previous owner so stupid go and be his friends 'guarantor' lor! My poor main gate gana disfigured le and cannot be saved! But heng now everything settle le...we give his contact to the CID and so far already one month no sound no piture of the LS *touchwood* One thing we feel very glad is we got ourselves a very good contractor! We are lucky to have yeak...After Rondy told him about our disfigured gate...he told us he will arrange somemore to repaint the date for us 'free'! We really appreciate so much lor! Somehow after we moved in to this house got some good and bad things happen...if good things we will take it as this house feng shui not bad..quite suit us...if bad things like loanshark and complaint neighbours were like 'guan fei'...so we will take it as this year luck no good....settle liao will be ok le!
