hihi...me bot the same hob and hood as Rondy...Cuizino one...and i paid $480.00 for it...i didnt buy any oven. If i m not wrong...Rondy bought the cuizino oven at $360? Maybe u have to check with him when he is back from hoilday! We bot from Adamas....i bot from the tradehub21 branch and Rondy bot from another branch from Jln Besar/Balestier...cant remember!!

hi pinkpetter...i will set up my blog soon...please wait for few more days hor...;-) hi pinklady...my lights are those super simple type...u might not light it...but their downlight is really cheap....i pais $22.00 each for one 5.5x5.5 18 watts square shape double tube type...the sales guy George somemore laughed at me cos i m so kiasu to put 10 D/L in my tiny 3 room living room. Sure glaring until siao...but my hubby light bright bright one so we choose the 18watts one vs the 13 watts.... The 13 watts one is $19.00 per downlight for 5x5 size...cheap rite?

Hi Angel..me feels so pai say abt the 3D drawings issue..Rondy was just being helpful as i m having some problem with my kitchen cabinet...anyway thanks for resolving the issue for us... BTW, to share with you all I have oso bought my lwhole house lightings from Extreme tis afternoon...spent $680.00 in total....bot 17 downlights, 2 toilets light, 2 kitchen lights and 1 bedroom light. The lights I bought is those super simple type...tomoro on leave will go & shop for WC+sink+tap le....cheers!

ohh...thanks for reminding on the dimension for the fridge and WM. oic...tats very good buy! I havent start sourcing for lightings yet...most likely will ask Yeak to bring us to the shop that Rondy bot his lights...oso at Jalan Besar but i forgot the name for the lighting shop Me old liao...keeps forgetting things...heehee

my 2nd appt is on coming monday (2nd March) but we extended one month stay from our buyer. So handover wil be 1st April. Hee...i oso intended to pay him 50%...

I also need to move in before end march. 1st is to avoid the qing ming, 2nd is we need to handover our keys to our buyer on 1st april. I still need to select a 'good' date to shift my guan yin in oso...quite rush infact... But me quite pai say cos havent pay him anything yet ...when did u make the 1st payment to yeak har?

ohh..yr wc $190 le ahh...then the adamas promotion seems good buy lor...i intend to buy for the common toilet..cos really quite cheap...maybe master toilet one can buy seperately...heehee...can choose nice nice ones!

$120 for tat oval basin ahh....quite a good buy leh! I m still thinking whether to buy from Adamas as they r now having promotion. $235 nett for WC+Basin+tap. But the basin design not chio one...How much u pay for the basin tap & WC? Mayb i can make a comparison see which is more worth it... Just talk to Yeak...everything finished hacking le...today will build my kitchen wall and tomoro lay tiles...consider fast or not? Tat means lay tiles on the 5th day...

wah..angel...yr reno really very fast leh...i wish mine oso as fast as yours! Hee...and i like you oval shape basin...Chio de lor..ex or not har? this sat will b meeting yeak to choose the laminate etc... Today is the 4th day of my reno...err..and i duno what's the progress now. hahaha...maybe already finished hacking le bah....Tonite will go down my place and check it out...and shun bian take fotos!

yah...hopefully yeak can chop chop finished up my reno..cos got to move in before end march... my 3 room small leh...and my flooring will be very dark colors so got to make use of light colors to make it look bright and spacious....

hmmm...we didnt engage FSM...but i did consult my shifu where to place my guan yin altar etc... My shifu did mentioned to me not to use red for kitchen and toilet...so lucky he told me toilet cannot cos my hubby initially wants our master toilet to be red and white...my shifu said red in chinese is read as 'hong' and toilet is a place where we bathe and wash and the water will sort of wash away our luck...and if i really want can...but 90% white tiles and only allow one stretch red only and the red tiles must be place below our head level.....cannot be same level or above as our head...u understand what i mean? my common toilet tile is exactly like rondy...white and green is very comfy to our eyes...when u go rondy house u wil know what i mean...my kitchen cabinet will be white glossy laminate top cabinet and bottom glossy lime green and my solid top is white! my kitchen wall tiles 100% white.... I collected my keys on Monday (16th feb)...reno will start this friday le...wasted 4 working days just becos tat stupid seller refused to sign the indemnity form for me....
