Help On Divorce Proceedings. Need Updated Info Please
andywee replied to Junkay's topic in Wedding & Travel
I'm in the midst of getting my divorce also. very tricky. minimal 3 years from date of marriage regardless of situation. i've got evidence that she committed adultery, from video of sexual activities, audio of sexual activites, gps, sms, email and all voice conversations but the court rejected the divorce. married on dec08, i moved to china in jan09. (replying this from china) the reason for reject is that it's minimal of 3 years. no house, no kids. I filed against her but the court rejected with the minimal of 3 years according to woman's charter. so she is now attempting to file divorce against me instead. not sure if it would work this time. long story. I wrote a program and installed in on her phone. and the phone would record and forward it to me. i still kept the few gigs of data just in case i need to use it to get things in my favour. -
any picture of what a ball trap looks like?? so far no resurfacing yet.. but it will take weeks before i see another again. I am thinking of buying some goute paste and regoute my toilet floors (DIY) I am so used to DIY that it feels weird having someone else doing it.

LOL you think the birds think my house is a earthworm deposit box ah? nope no birds.. I got motions sensors everywhere in the house, so if got bird, i'll know. but i find it funny that i can find them in toilet only and not kitchen. i think they crawl up from the manhole. is that possible? the earthworms usually start showing up dead after i do my monthly chemical clean of the toilet and kitchen. I use a ultra mild solution of hydrochloric acid. 2.5% concentrate only.

ok, i found me a worm today. it's a earthworm right??
-
yap. except it's abit more reddish.
-
well, on 4th april during my weekly spring cleaning, i had 2 earth worms. when i spot them again, I'll post some pics.
-
LOL i wish.. but I'm too toxic that even silver turns black on contact with my skin.
-
need to know where they came from before i can solve it right? most of the time i see them inbetween the tiles. they are definately earthworms. the problem is who to call? plumber? then i tell the worm dont move until the plumber arrive? LOL

I got a quote from a friend. not sure he can be trusted. here was his quote. mitsubishi electric 2 spilt unit only MXY-2E20VA 5.27kw MSXY-GA10VA 2.5kw x2 price $1773 + $300 for installation. is this cheap? 5 years warranty bracket not included cuz I am swapping my old toshiba single spilt for double spilt. the toshiba is not even 3 years old. I gave up on it. PCB board failed. replaced once DIY then louver motor failed, also replaced DIY once.

i'm still using those HDB wall and floor kitchen/toilet tiles.. yeah they are hard to clean. I see my wife every sat scrub the tiles, I ended up buying her a 1.9KWh water jet compressor. now we just use the water jet to wash our kitchen and 2 toilets.. 30mins all tiles scrub as if they are new as day one. I just have to remember not to stay too long at the same spot. I tried to remove a stain, I ended up chipping the tile. my water jet is by karcher. I remember spilling milo on the concrete outside my maindoor. every month the ah neh come and spray water also cannot remove it. I keh kiang water jet the stain.. now the concrete outside very rough and got a groove. the waterjet dug out some cement. -
bobby is now here.. he got bought over by jackson global pte ltd http://www.jackson.com.sg/contact_us.htm

i'm not a voucher type person. but since this is a samsung thread, i thought i might as well say something. I bought from washing machine 7.5kg for $599 from best denki (display unit) and bought the fridge 410L white fridge for $499. I actually got them 3 days before christmas and wanted them to deliver before christmas. but they couldnt make it. I told them i'll do a Cash and Carry style. after paying, I came back with my trolley in 30mins and just trolley them out. =p my trolley is specially ordered from US, capable of carrying 250Kg max load. so i loaded both fridge and washing machine onto it in 1 go. the trolley is using 10" wheels runflat type.

my toshiba also iced. now everytime i turn on the aircon, i have to turn on the main switch. if i dont turn off the 15A switch, the whole fan coil will turn to ice. even thou the fan coil is off but the compressor is still on. single spilt only, the unit is 14months old. and they tell me that the PCB board failure, not under warranty. eventually I called carrier(carrier is the distri that carries toshiba parts) they said the parts is nearly $200. servicing is $175. I told them screw the servicing. told them to send me the complete schematics of the unit and i'll service myself. I literally tore the whole fan coil down myself. whilst i was at it, i dismantled the blades and used my karcher waterjet to spray clean it. and reassemble it back. the whole ordeal took me 4 months to get it fix. first month. ding dong ding dong between installer and me. then they never got back to me despite calling them everyday. second month. called carrier, they said need to order. 3-4 months to order. I'm like WTF. distri and no spare parts??!?!?!? 3rd month nothing happened. 4th month. self collect. and they delayed on emailing me the service and maintenence guide PDF on reasons like oh can't release such stuff cause i'm not qualified to repair etc etc. I called their CEO and demanded an explaination. I told them then if i dont get the email in 2 hrs, I'll take the picture of the fancoil with 3 inch of ice and send it to newpaper (i have got connections with SPH). i sent to email to my friend in newpaper and CCed to carrier. I ask my friend in the newsprint to standby to write an article about it. but eventually told him, the issue is settled. i finally recieved an email from them with the PDF and on top of that they couriered a copy to me also. all i remembered the tag line to the article that never printed was. Toshiba, the icy aircon you'll come to hate. I guess i should have made their life more difficult if i knew you had the problem. and that print would have come true.

www.homeautomation.com.sg doesnt bring in x10 stuff yeah.. where's bobby's shop now? the last time i met him, he asked me to build ultra low powered HA servers for him. cuz i told him that I managed to build my HA system running only 24ws using very high efficient PSU with intel atom, even lower powered than some laptops. with current technology ( atom server was build 9 months ago). I managed to shrink it to 15ws. LOL even lower power than what a T5 36ws FL tube consume. watts are measured using the AC power meter. and some RFXCOM stuff.

I waterjet my stuff once a month.. and it cuts down cleaning the kitchen/toilet/shower from 2hrs to 30mins. all the 3 areas all different tiles <g> it came like that. and the shower area is ceramic/coated tiles. I realise that the floor got ALOT rougher after waterjet. and the tiles are starting to turn a little brown. i'll be changing to homo tiles soon. if only I have the equipment to DIY my tiles. eg, cement mixer etc. yeah, i do lots of DIY from plastering of walls, electricals, etc. things i cant/rather not do are aircon installation, doors and windows. if i have the tools and materials, I'll DIY my kitchen cabinets also. forgot to mention, all the furniture in my living room are DIY, except sofa, even my PC is DIY. lmao. forgot to mention something. I have seen those HDB waterjet compressor.. those are 1200ws type. mine is 1900ws. it's alot more powerful than those HDB corridor cleaners use. yeah.. but to use that. have to have the kitchen cabinets acrylic/glass first.. else the waterjet will rot/tear the wood. oh oh, i use that to clean my windows.. super clean.
