we want to do cabinets top and bottom and alter our exisitng kitchen base to become L shape.We have a 4 room flat.We plan only to re-alter the kitchen base and then put up the cabinets.we do not want to change the kitchen tiles. any recommended contracter for this set-up;am on a tight budget...pls advice thanks in advance
