I have seen tilted HDB door but HDB will probably require you to rectify it when you want to sell the house. Is there some menacing looking or sharp object infront of your door? You should ask the FS master why.

WD-40 may remove the noise but it'll also remove the grease/lubricant. You are better off using Singer Sewing Machine Oil. If it's a sealed bearing lubricant will not work. You have to change bearing. Note: Make sure you cover the electric motor before you spray or else you'll short the motor. -

You don't want the sink to be directly opposit the stove i.e. fire clashing with water. You also don't want the sink to be next to the stove. They should be at least one to two feet apart.

I think you are referring to ceiling fan. Wall fan have no light kit and it's mounted to the wall.

Adjust screw progressively until you get it right. Test it after giving screw a turn by opening and closing windows, you'll know when it's just right.

Tighten the friction screw to prevent the wind from closing windows. Use a small screw driver e.g. test-pen.
