Not seem, it is the bad experience that i have with them so trying to warn the rest of houseowners not to engage them, in case more victims and i dont want them to go through what i have experienced with them. If i have read this forum earlier i will not be the victim. There are so many negative feedback and bad experience about them in this website and also in stomp.

any good Id depends on your luck who is the project coordinator for your reno works. But nv engage this ID ****** Pte Ltd or else you will regret and the end results is only 60-70% of the works done and the rest you will have to engage another contractor to complete for you after you have paid them the 100% or even 95% as they will force you to pay them with threatening sms, emails or even padlock your flat to deny your access as the house owners. go read about them in the forum and you will know how bad this ID firm is.

Recommendation For Ids
Kevin_e replied to poulnil's topic in RENOVATION IDEAS: Interior Design Themes, Space Planning
Whether you have decided or not, don't engage ****** Pte Ltd or Chevron Design, they are under the same boss. You will regret if you engage them, go read about this ID in the forum, tons of negative comments and complaints against them and i am one of the victims. I regretted that i did not read about it before i engage them and now is too late. I am going through what the rest of them are going through now. Money lost and jobs still uncompleted and cannot move in since december until now. don't think can move in by next month. -
Need Some Help From All Of You

If you are thinking of engaging any ID, please don't engage ****** pte Ltd or Chevron Design or else you will regret it. Please go and read about them in the forum, tons of negative comments and complaints about them and their work. Worst thing they collect money before all jobs are completed and thereafter you will not be able to find them. Best is to have your own design and asked the contractor to do for you. Outsource to many of them and can get direct price which will help you to save a lot and money worth. If one play you out, your house will not be hold up by them and you can still proceed on and you will not lose your hard earned money. Remmember anything goes wrong between you and the ID, the law always protect the ID not you. -
No, go CASE also no use ar. The police also will not help you. Under the law they are protected not us the consumer. So it encourage them to go around padlocking pple's flat. I was told that they have a right to padlock. So be careful when you engage contractor for renovating works. It also explains why so many contractors runaway after collecting money from us and never turn up to finished up the uncompleted items. Becos they have earned the profit from whatever payment they collected from us. U know they will get commission from the supplier for recommending business for them and thereafter add another 30-50% of the original costs and charge us for the item. So in a way, they are earning us at least 50% for every item they charged. If you go direct, the supplier will ask you whether you are contractor or consumer, if consumer they can give you a better rate becos they don't need to give commission.

I had met him in person seems to be quite a nice guy and they are the only one who is willing to design for you without any costs or to sign any contract. Can try but i can't promise they are really good but at least i think better than ******, looking at the tons of negative comments about them and what i had gone through. But if you read the comments of baroque is mostly positive comments. You can request to look at their workmanship to judge whether it is worth to give them the job. According to my experience, it is better to separate the renovation works to different contractor, so u will not be held back by one, looking at my state. Even u are willing to pay more to an ID company, you might ended up doing most of the coordination works yourself if the ID is no good. Like ME they dont go down to site to supervise their workers, u know their workers left my flat unlocked 4 times, it is really scare, you have to go down every day to ensure things are done in the way you want it to be. I just regretted that i didn't check out this website before i engaged ME. So now i hope i can share with all my bad experience with ME and hope you all will not fall into their trap like me. sigh..... now thinking of engaging a lawyer to help to terminate the contract with them asap. -
Oh, did u lodge a complaint against the agent? My ID company really did that i have taken photos of the padlock. This is ridiculous as i am the house owner but cannot access to my own house and the contractor has full access. This is an act of hooligans and yet this person who did it is a degree holder graduated from overseas. Educated and civilised pple will resort to this method of forcing customers to make payment? Btw, i did not default payment is just that i dont feel comfortable paying them the full payment as there are 14 pending items not completed yet. they want immediate payment once they delivered the cabinet, not even installing them. What i want is to ensure that i will not be left with all the uninstall cabinet and the rest of the uncompleted items after paying them money and it is just a few days difference why they can't wait? really feel that they are going to runaway with my money as the guy took another $2k from me on the very day.

Beware of ****** Interior Design Just beware of the contract you are signing as we have a very bad experience with ****** Interior Design Team. Heard that they have 5 companies under this name. We feel that we are conned by ****** because there are many hidden costs after you signed and they would demand 95% payment even before they completed all the items. If not they will resort to padlocked your house denying you from accessing to your own flat. You have to really go through thoroughly before you sign the contract if you really engaging a contractor and also take note of the payment schedule. And never pay them and hold only 5% of the contract amount if not they will not come back to settle all the pending jobs left uncompleted.

i think they are quite good, u can try to negotiate with them or maybe tell your budget and asked them to work within the budget. I met up with Andy before i regretted that i didn't give them the job becos the designer not able to design to my requirements. Gave them the design but she drew something else which i don't like. I awarded the job to ****** and tell you all not to engage them. They are really very bad only know how to ask for money even before you can see the end products, delayed my renovation works for more than one month and keep pushing the completion dates. Painting job was badly done, only base coat was applied and used one week time to do then tell me the painting job completed. lucky i went to check every day becos i don't trust them anymore. now chasing for payment for the full amt just to deliver the cabinets. still pending works not done and i suspect them after payment will not left all pending jobs uncompleted. so frenz advised not to give them anymore money.
