Hi Jeddie, the 1.7m tall ppl have to be extreme careful with their hands and ''head''... its impossible to modify the rod shorter since the rod is oredi 4''.. (all 5 blades fan rod is 4'' unless you ask for longer rod).. but if the rod is orginal 4'', den u can modify it.

Hi Yokine, 3 blades fan wont be so effective and will cause some noise, cos its too near to the ceiling which causes the noise. Aroma is 54'' fan come with lit kit and remote control, the rod of the fan itself is 4''. how much u get for the aroma? i see if i can get better price for you.. pm me.. Downlight budget can meet, fan with light budget oso can meet (but depend on quality too), 56'' fan budget cant meet.. Below $100 is impossible.
