I actually used photoshop to save the file as jpeg and add in the background layer as the background is usually transparent. Else u can scan as jpg file and load on photobucket and them copy the IMG html code and paste it here. Hope this helps

Gaku, jason will only appear when your tilings are completed or at least half done He will understand what work is needed and how much work is needed for elect, carpentry etc. He manages the second half of the reno. aubrey, uncle very mindful about quality. Jason mentioned to me that if they let others handle, if that guy didn't do a proper job and owner call uncle that guy will kena jialat jialat from him.

One thing to add. Jason told me not to coontact Robin as he didn't do a good job esp for smallboy/Wendy's place. If you confirm doing with Uncle, maybe you want to get the other contact from Jason?

Metal, initially uncle wanted to hand my project to another guy (not sure if it's to Joseph). I told him that I would still very much prefer he jaga my project and told him I choose him because I trust him to overlook the reno. He assures me that the guy is also good, and someone he can trust, but my point is, I do not trust the new guy. I know uncle is super busy...I also do not mind juggling part of the reno like coordinating etc...but i feel more comfy with him Just tell uncle regarding your reno budget and see if he can help you trim down a little more? He is very nice...when i add this, add that, in the end burst budget he'll throw in freebies just to help me achieve my dream house Good Luck to u!
