I was discussing with Uncle to change my PD door as he mentioned that the PD door guy he is using rght now can't do a good job. so to prevent future problems, i changed it to glass door. Uncle mentioned if I want, I can change to bifold with top hung track. Uncle has been using it for more than 8 yrs and no problem. Price about the same as PD door, so I think I might change totop hung bi fold.

Pet, are your bi-fold doors top hung or with 2 tracks?

The swtiches were up! I told the electrician the other day that I will want to buy some switches on my own, but all these were DONE! But the uncle very nice, he says can always take down and replace mine. He also took the initiative to wrap up so that it won't get stained by the painting job that is supposed to be done next week.

Gaku, a reminder to u. I suggest u do a walk thru with the carpentry guy if u can. cos for mine, info were either missing or added on without my knowledge. SO I am glad I walked thru in detail with the guy. Else i will be waiting to see some surprises.

Aubrey, I agree that Jason does selective listening. I walked thru with my carpentry guy and there were missing info!!! Heng, we walked thru...else I foresee some wrongdesigns for my carpentry works! He also made some changes without informing me...it was the carpentry who informed me when we walked thru. This is how important it is to go thru everything with the person who does the relevant for the house, electrician, plumber,carpentry etc.

i suggest they start the carpentry ASAP! the drillings, noise, dust and the people walking around is really inconvenient. I think one sat will be too short. see what they say and how fast the carpentry guy can work.

i went to SL and see once, didn't like and LSH has more selections and the staff are able to provide good service by helping to mix and match and advise on the tiles, so I got from LSH. WHere did uncle ask u to go to?

i choose more of light and space. have my doubts if it really makes the place looks bigger ??!! haha... I choose weatherbond by Nippon for my balcony, pentalite for some walls. avoid 3 in 1 as Jason says very troublesome, alot of 首尾. tried asking him what he meant, he tried to explain, but in the end, I am still clueless...so i choose colors i like. Someone mentioned about the use of paint. The base is Jotun, I saw a big tin there, but all others are confirm ICI/Nippon. I saw the brand new tins there too. Keeping my fingers crossed on the quality of the painting works. Hope it is nice and pro.

Gaku,my HO is mid June. So you do not want mine to be before yours. hehe...I spoke to uncle about your unit. He says he will tryhis best and finish off at least for your 3 bdrms first so that you do not have to incur additional cost.

before my boy was born, we'll take turns to bathe with my gal. Hubby was a little uncomfy initally, but soon got used to it. I think it's good for her to see the difference in our body structure When my boy came, she was used to seeing the P*nis and understand the difference in a gal and a boy. As for sex, we tried teaching her a little and for me, I do not reject getting intimate in front of my kids, cuddling, kissing and such are pretty norm. But I remember reading somewhere the "process" will actually leave a -ve impression to the kids as it is deemed as something very "abusive". My gal ever woke up halfway thru our "session" and I quickly pull the quilt and cover up! Quite hilarious!

even my previous place the tiles were not tiled on the top of the base. I do not think it is necessary as we do not really renovate the place so frequently right? een if we do, after removing the exiting cabinets, we'll have new one on top right?

how about a small cabinet up to window's height to maybe store detergent, insectide and stuff? with detergent smell think the pests will be lesser there too?
