I hope so too! meaning after their cleaning, I still have to bear with the messy aircon drilling dust... I ordered from All Best. my 1st house also ordered from them, they are quite good actually. Price wise also very competitive.

generally, the laminates covers almost all, except for solid core ones which costs about $150 per pc. vain me selected some and have to top up for those we have a little discussion here.

I just had bad news...sigh My aircon can only be up on 12/13 June All Best's schedule is super packed and even with my urgent request last week, they are unable to fit mine in. Oh well...What to do? I hope that they can chop chop finish the job and do not ruin anything.

I would also be keen to have a part time maid to drop by on saturday for general cleaning of the house. But mine will be once every 2 weeks. can PM me if anyone has good recommendations?

at least he called u Uncle is managing as a whole i guess, for my unit, uncle says he will oversee, but bo geh is the other person i can contact with regards to the works. with ah wei doing carpentry, i am more at ease to be frank. at least he does update me on the things that I want to do, and the schedule that he has planned for me I will pop up tmr to see the 1st pieces of carpentry that are going up. Hopefully everything soon soon also!

think Uncle's planning is more or less on-track from what I see. He started to reject projects also...so he is only getting the better workers to work with him. So far, my encounters with bo geh is good...there was once i spotted him at my place and helping to check on the work

so long as problem is fixed. remember to remind them to take good care of your fittings. the electrician chipped one of my light. But uncle says he will go and buy one for me actually very cheap, i can just replace...but he says, he will replace for me....

Ya...i heard uncle telling him to go over to your side yesterday after meeting me to settle the o/s issues. So everythings settled?

mine boh geh will sorta oversee for the last stage. He is pro-active. He quickly found out the defects that needs to be rectified and says he will look into it. even my window frames the borders not done nicely, bad patching etc, he quickly called Ah Hock before uncle told him to!

eh...u very fast leh my HO targetting 8 june, today uncle went up, he checked and says progress on-track. HO shouldn't be a problem. Howwever, my move-in is on 16 June, so i buffered some days after 8 June for him, of cos i don't tell him, in case delays happens

Updates: I didn't expect to go up today, so no camera with me to take pictures. Anyways, the lights 80% are up. the electricians made a few lobangs here and there. Uncle saw it and before I say anything, he already asked boh geh to get the painting guys to plaster the walls, mend the lobangs and also get ah hock to re-do the aluminium frames for me. the sides of the frames were not done very nicely, he will have to re-do soon. Uncle likes my square blacony, very windy and spacious, he says very good for MJ session...too bad, I do not play MJ Tomorrow is only for polishing of parquet, washing and polishing. No other works involved.

we are talking about the laminates that is in one piece, one full color, even the sides are also in the same color (no black lines). those are much more expensive but very nice...
