i have, mainly grouting issue. one wall tile cuts finger and generally, quite ok. there are scratches on the carpentry,very minimal actually. I just want to ask, if your grouting has those "overspill" type, how to rectify? i have quite a few like that. some are stains, hopefully polishing will take that off.

Leave uncle a note and write there big big to ask the workers not to use those stuff belonging to u. Uncle seems to be at you place daily to monitor. I called him a few times and he is always at ur side. Hoepfully with him around, things will fall in place.

guy, if the fabrication is done, carpentry can be up really fast. Mine was done in 3 days after that will be touching up and rectifications.

How's the rectifications of the carpentry?

aubrey, alternatively, u can use pin to enter the house I walked thru with him le...happen to bump into him there on Monday, and Hubby met him yesterday and they walked thru again. hehe... I sorta gave up chasing my quote...I hope I won't give up chasing for rectifications lah. Mine really minor...just that I spotted them so i stick here and there lor. for ur aircon, do remember to discuss on the trunking as well. some workers they instal install didn;t really think about things like drainage for the system. Mine uncle was there to discuss with the aircon guy and together with Hubby, they settled the trunking issue...goo trunking is really IMPORTANT!!!
