See what i mean here? I said "NO! you mean someone is supposed to call me? Who is that someone?" His reply " my manager lor. I ask him to call you between 3 - 4pm today ok, u wait for his call". Well, I am hoping to see if they really call!!! my patience is really wearing thin...

actually my neighbour ( the 1st unit next to the lift) also have a bench and many things outside the corridor...but if i complain they sure know. Cos we still push our son out in his stroller and sometimes passing there really abit mafan....other then that we are really happy... Try asking around neighbourhood store or even S & C see if they have nice ones on sale too

I never had any problems with them all before from our previous buys. I think it's the salesperson's fault...they indriectly admitted as there is refund to be made to us. The guy who attended us saod if it is their fault, they can do refunds. so, u see, the problem lies with them

We went to HN yesterday and spoke to another sales person instead. He was aware of the situatio, gave us real quick solutions. Well, maybe I should say that is not a solution, but we compromised instead. The pull out bed and it's mattress were returned. Since the new model of super single bed frames are a little shorter and will not be able to accomodate the pull out and it's mattress. The foot board of the bed is also shorter. Meaning, we need to put bed guard at the footboard to prevent my little one from falling off the bed. Initially I thought of wanting to wait for them to go fabricate for me the exact same frame that I wanted, but my little gal is getting impatient, and wanted to sleep on her own bed already. a lesson learnt for me. Big and reputable may not neccessarily be good.
