not really, depending on how many inch u baking...my earlier post hor, i bake from my small oven also...nice for abt 12pax small slices lah... but if u bake cupcake sure no prob de...just gotta bake about 2 to 3 times... i was thinking if want, we start with basic cake baking class, then basic cup cakes deco classes and then to fondant modelling ? should be in his sequence right??

told BD about the cake i baked for my gal on her 3yo bday a simplae cake that makes the gal really happy! I actually spent 3hrs in the kitchen jsut to get this done...melting chocolate and all...siong leh...carry another one in my tummy then....
