my fave buy of all!! the SOFA!!! this L-shaped modular set is a good deal! Last week when we were there, the sales lady who "entertained" us was very aggressive. the whole set wanted to sell me at $2399. if i do not want the stool (the one w/o back rest), the price is $2099. Today, the other sales lady is very nice, selling us the whole full set at $1930!!! It's a good deal, immediately bought from her the other lady who served us last week just stared at us and walked away...so unpro

We went furniture shopping after that. Here's our buy At furniture, our first buy... bedframe!! Nice red right? FSM mentioned not to have red, green or purple...all my fave colors especially red!!! So we settled for a grey fabric for this bedframe. they customised it for us with a slightly higher headboard, and a taller base at NO EXTRA CHARGE and GST ABSORBED!!! Next we settled our dining table... the base is veneer and we changed it to black glossy laminate so that it looks more stylish if u can see the chair clearly on the RHS, that is our selection. 6 chairs, 2 red, 3 black Our selection for coffee table a good deal with the dining tables too really hand in to my Mom for managing to push the total sum another discount

Today is the 开工day!!! We woke up really early to get ourselves ready to drive up to Pasir Ris Hubby preparing to pray before the start of the works! HUAT ARH!!! the mess created... the symbolic knocking... they started dismantling the wardrobes today and uncle says the the job will be completed by today no matter what. He threw in many things...10 BLUM runners for me I didn't ask for tandem box cos he already gave me the BLUM I am easily satisfied. Then he threw in 2 corian tops for my toilets and mirror additional dresser if I decided that I want to have it So, what are the items i am doing? I still don't have the quotes...it's the mandarin one and he took back to ask his son to make copy of it. my window shutter alone costs me $3200. Uncle says that is the quoted price, he don't want to earn that. The polycarbonated roofing costs $1300. He also not earning from it...but these 2 already costs me 4.5k.... Yippee!!! Tomorrow is the official start!!!!

I'm so tempted to get the book shelves, sofa, bed frame and dining table from them...but reading the feedback hor makes me ponder thrice on my buy.
