Did you pay anything extra for the step down in MBR toilet?

Ok, went to house with contractor today, regarding the sink & stove position, he said can't change because of the sink drainage pipe, unless I hack the floor then can run pipe to new position. Most likely not changing floor tiles, so here is the BEST layout that I can think of.

Can check with you what material is that, the green color covering the shoe rack?

With the kitchen wall hacked, your place don't look like a typical 3 room leh, something diff.

Think cannot sweep floor but can vacuum bah. Ok now need some advice from the expert here. As I have a rather small kitchen, looks like this is the only layout. Heard that sink & stove can't face each other, how true is that?

Hi all, Now its time to share our reno experience. Have been visiting renotalk for a while. Learn a lot from here. This unit was bought last year & rented out. Reclaimed back recently. Kitchen cabinet condition quite bad. Visited few id/contractor, sad to say, when they heard its just minor touch up here & there, most of them tends to siam us. No cove lighting, no false ceiling, no faciful feature wall, that’s why a lot don't even bother to quote us. Finally, now narrow down to 2 contractors. We decided that its more economical to get contractor to do up. Most important,they din care whether it's big or small project, they quoted us very promptly. whereas a lot of ids don't even bother to quote us. Ok, let's start the space ship engine.
