Iinitial stage when driving around searching for the right shop and bargain was troublesome. but now is ok. Just went in again last weekend to buy my dining table light. The 22 downlights is for my living room, dining room and master bedroom. All all L-box. No false celling as i got fan in all my bedrooms. Air cond is only for hot season... My wife planning to bring her friend there to buy the kitchen and lighting stuffs as well (she's planning to renovate her place after mine is done. Want to compare the workmanship first) I'll be going there again next weekend to get some more stuffs. Bar stool and toilet accesories... the taps i bought come with 5 year warranty (so called one of the best brand in Malaysia, Sorento) so i guess should be alright... just found the website Sorento-Living

My friend aka my ID say stainless steel is much cheaper if pick those normal grade ones but you'll face problem at corners and turning points as stainless steel pipin are harder to bend and need a joining there to do so. And when you use joining, there's tendency of leaking. Also, from personal experience, those lower grade stainless steel (i.e. products i bought from IKEA) started to rust after few years of usage... that's why i try not to buy stainless steel product from Ikea where it need to be in contact with food. Hope this help...

Sadly, he's on divorce case. His family moved out already. All the bedrooms and study room are in parquet and good quality ones. That's why i'm keeping those. Just revarnish only. Need to tear the dining are platform though cause it's hollow at the bottom. As for kicthen cabinets. Sadly i had to tear it down also cause i'm doing a open concept kitchen and his theme (country) don't fit mine... else i would have keep it cause it's all solid wood cabinets.

Recommendation Of Reasonable Airconditioning Contractors
shkeat replied to dor's topic in Home Furnishings
If you plan to turn on more than 1 fancoil, or for long period, go for inverter. A little investment in the system will help save cost in long run. If non-inverter, go for lowest BTU possible (look for those that's enough to cool down your room will be enough). Save cost. I was using Toshiba non-inverter system 3 (paid around 1.8K in total for the system and upgraded piping and bracket), turned on 2 fan coil every night and my electricity bill are above $120 every month... I just signed up with Gain City (heard from a few of my friends that they servicing is quite good) for a Toshiba inverter system 3 with upgraded piping, a compressor bracket and 5x servicing contract for 2 years. It cost me $3309 in total. Hopefully my this investment will help me save some $$$ in long run -
Thank you all... Will post the photos of each stages as it progress on... Can't wait to move in as well For the quote, will post tonight reno is only 32.4K. The rest is from "other stuffs" Was trying to reduce to lowest possible but my friend (William from strategic) say that's the best he can help. Had survey around a few other ID and the quote is around the same (excluding the special items i requested.. tear down kitchen wall for open concept kitchen with a bar counter, rebuild the wall between masterbedroom and bedroom 3, 2 8ft wardrobe, raise the floor of my balcony after taking down the sliding door). Will be higher if added in those extra items i want.. Not "their". It's only 1 occupant...

Thanks.. My ID say can make it so ok lo...

Attached are 3 picture with the google map and my house plan with your compass on it. Can you help me take a look again... Map1 Map2 Map3
