Hihi think i am really confused. From my understanding, when hacking walls, there is a need to apply for a permit. My understanding from many of my frds is that there is a need to engage an engineer to do survey. therefore jus the permit and survey will cost a couple of hundreds. Can I confirm on this? My new place I will be hacking some walls. really need to know in order not to be cut throat... Thanks jem
