no leh grey tiles not very difficult to maintain. i also got grey tiles for both of my common and MBR toilets. even my kitchen flooring also using dark grey ones.

oh the lightings shop that i bought from, no more oredi, they shifted to another place. the lao ban nian, quoted me $200 something, i cannot remember how much. I also love the LED lights. got red, blue, green, purple lights. if you switch on 1st time, my is orange lights. 2nd time, green, red,blue, purple. will change to many multi colours, and looks so romantic. Oh that time when we buy, never asked what type of crystals leh.... anyway even if made in china types, we also dun mind. since the price quite reasonable.

20k even with contractor, i tink also quite difficult leh. why not you do site management yourself? call all the window, door and grille specialists directly. but that will costs you a lot of time and always have to take leave lor. increase your budget a little bit? but even you never do any hacking works at all, not changing any new electrical pts or DB Box, and no carpentry, maybe can. What's the whole list of works you want to do?

i think u better dun sign up so fast 1st. last time when we were hunting for IDs, we found out that "the standard package" that the big ID firms, has deliberately left out many items. so we were took up any "standard package". if you take that up, you would fall into their trap. which means additional of a lot more items, which means more extra cash to them. u decided on anybody? wana get my ID contact? u may PM me for more details. my ID won't chop carrot head, and my hse is done on a tight budget too.
