yup i agreed with Sohck. pricing wise of course is very impt. but then the ID/Contractor must be able to give you quality works, good workmanship and main thing is to be honest. no point getting the cheapest cheapest ones, and then giving you lousy carpentry works rite"? you also do not want to sign on the dotted line, then to discover a lot of hidden items and have to pay for it? communication & comfort level is also very impt too.

Do you all ever encounter incidents where there is block washing? that is the blangah which town council engage. that stupid ah neh, iam so angry with him, always wash at about 5pm, make until the whole corridor wet never mind, make my shoes all wet somemore the water splash inside my home too, making my laminates dripping wet with water. dun understand how they wash! Can i complaint to my town council or not? that they are washing at such a late timing?? Help anybody?

Jane, i think even with 1 full mth for doing u also dun compromise on quality becos if you rush the contractor, he rush his workers, then hor, the work will not be so good lor. you better have slightly more time for recitifications and defects etc. better make it at least 1 & a half months.
