    Currently living in one. "Also are there any issues with leaking roofs and very hot ceiling since the unit will be the topmost." Not much heat since insulation is pretty good. "The main reason why I like penthouse is I like the space in order to hold gatherings (in evenings )" The living room is directly on top of the unit below's bedroom (MBR most likely). Noise might be an issue to your neighbor downstairs. Hope this helps.
