FCU combination is 7+7+7,compressor 18k BTU (AEX3M18JR)

Just bought Sharp inverter system 3 @ $2999 including installation and 5 years extended warranty from Courts. Anyone can comment on the performance and reliability? The salesman was pushing to get fujitsu inverter brand but I don't want it since the indoor unit deaign is not nice Got very limited choice,since initially wanted to take Sanyo or Panasonic inverter,but they said can't intall those at Punggol flat since the window is too small. Is it true?

As per topic, is it allowed not to install the metal main door entrance for HDB? Because so far i only lock the main door with double lock which are probably secure enough and the metal door doesn't look decent (as in prison) Couldn't find this at HDB website and so far never see anyone remove it thanks

I also bought a display Plasma TV set from megatex on Dec '08 I think Courts won't be responsible for any cosmetic damages for display set that they sold for a much lower price than the brand new set. The sales person has reminded me to check the display set condition thoroughly before i decided to buy it. If you manage to get Courts to replace your "display set" with the "new ones" without scratches than it would be unfair for them to give you a brand new ones with the price of display set.

Hi, Based on your experience, how much is approximately the labour and material cost for the following to create open concept kitchen based on the pictures and the dimensions uploaded: 1) Hack the kitchen wall (about 5 1/2m) 2) Tile the floor and kitchen wall 3) Kitchen cabinet with granite/solid top Without the kitchen appliances, would it be feasible with budget around 5-6K to do above renovation ?
