i belong to tanjong pagar TC. haven't meet the person who did this......still wondering if i should paste my own paper to ask him/her to leave down his/her unit number and name.

Hi All, very first post. gotta know this forum through a friend. anyway i got this issue with a neighbor and wondering what could i do. Recently just completed my 2nd Appt with HDB for a resale flat and started Renovation works. Have pasted my reno permit outside my flat but it was taken down by unknown person! Today when the workers started work, they notice a paper on the outside with the contents something like telling us to keep the corridors clean etc etc What should i do?
