Mattress that comes along with bedroom set is nothing great. For mattress, you need to get a real good one. Mattress is the only item in your house you will use >8hrs a day & also health (Better sleep) concern. You should only consider Sealy (No.1 in US), Simmons (No.2 in US) & Slumberland (No.1 in UK). These 3 brands do not get this Asian mattresses through OEM, it's their own factory, set up to get cheaper labor & freight, which do not affect the quality (Springing systems). If you pay to get an Internet mattress statistics (I did before my buying) report, you will be able to find out that Kxxx xxxx is not in the US list. Why must buy a US or UK ORIGINALLY branded mattresses? Because only the angmo will spend on R&D to develop a good springing system. Beware of many so-called "US brands" or Italy or Germany brands in the market, most of them were just registered there but not originated from there. So, Safest is still the above 3 S.

Forget about Serta, it's made in Indonesia. Serta has 2 types of spring system. Mira spring & pocketed spring. Mira is a wire make up the whole bed's springs, so it's very distrubing, when you move on 1 side the linked springs pull the other side. As for pocketed, I think Simmons' pocketed is still a better spring. Or Sealy is also not bad. They are number 1 in US & number 1 in the world, that's why they dare to put it in their logo. I visited Serta before, they sales staff claims that they are number 1, I doubted it very much. If they really are, they should put it up like Sealy & not just sales talk. If you want softer mattress, go for Sealy. If you want firmer go for Simmons. Never settle for those neither here nor there.

I bought for my mother-in-law a Samsung SGH-J700 (Through M1 upgrading) about 9 months ago. Within this period of time, I have sent the handphone to service twice with its original warrantee card. The service personnel said it's the charger's fault & asked me to buy another new charger but ended up it's not the charger's problem. After that, to discourage my mother-in-law from coming back to service the handphone & knowing that my old mother-in-law is very old, they demanded for the invoice. My mother-in-law couldn't produce the invoice cos she couldn't remember where she placed it, so THEY REJECTED the REPAIR WITHIN the WARRANTEE PERIOD WITH the OFFICIAL ORIGINAL WARRANTEE CARD. Hence, pls beware of buying any Samsung handphone & products.

The 3'S refers to Sealy, Simmons & Slumberland. Serta is not in the picture. Serta has 2 types of springing system. 1st, Mira coil (A wire forming the whole mattress springing system) a very partner-distrubing way of forming the springs. 2nd, pocketed springs, the best pocketed spring is still Simmons', so Serta is neither here nor there.

You might want to consider Sealy, Simmons, Slumberland & Dunlop, they are the 1st & 2nd position in their country (US & UK). These brands put in money for R&D to develop a real good mattress. Don't be fooled by lots of US registered brands but owned by locals, I will never believe they will spend on R&D. Forget about King Koil, 4 Star, Princebed, ABC, XYZ & etc brands.

You should nego harder, they are very flexible with free gifts. My friend got a much better deal.

Yeah, you are right. I think their cost is very low, if it's from China, more lower, otherwise how to support so many sales people & such a big showroom? And, Renologic seems to be over "protecting" Living Story &/or Fashion Home very much. Every negative feedback has either an explanation or a counter attack from him. Who will bother to do that if he is not an employee of the company..... who know he could be the boss! Just by looking at his ID "Renologic" can tell that he is from reno or furniture industry. A normal satisfied customer will just put a simple compliment & go on. Who will care to talk so much in long paragraphs to fight for the company Not forgetting, these imported Simmons do not have local Simmons' warrantee, I called Simmons to find out. These were warranteed by the company, if the company closed, warrantee gone.

The sales person in Life Storey revealed that his company issued a warning to Life Story, so they have to change to Living Story. Torn sofa? How could it be? Could it be a display set? I think you have just bought a used sofa.

I have been to Bedding Saloon to try Mirage too. I think it is soft, maybe suitable for those who are looking for a softer or so-called "hotel" beds but not me. So far, I am still considering Simmons' Lakeview, it gives me a firmer feel

You must have discovered something's wrong with buying a Simmons mattress or buying from Ackerman. Otherwise, who in the world will give $100 away for nothing? Care to share your discovery? Please do not give me an excuse if you do not wish to share. I will never believe you found something better & you want to give up this for that, or somebody give you a mattress, or etc etc. Does it got to do with those parallel imported Simmons?

You sounded like an employee of the company. Otherwise, nobody will put in so much time & effort to talk so much goodness for this company in the forum. If you are a satisfied consumer, you will just post a short & sharp comment & that's it, you will never "blow" so much. Your posting made me think you are either an employee of this company or you are paid to do so.
