i share the same sentiments. Is he really that gd? I tried to call him n even email him my floorplan n to-do list mths ago, even b4 my 2nd appt. He called and nag abt his company's problem for 30mins. i entertained him during my office hours... but eventually he didnt even come back w a quote. I was wondering could he have just been turned off by my miserable budget that he doesnt even wanna reply w a quotation.

ya, took Granite for 1 wall, the rest of the walls was Snowfield. Dun worry, it will look great under the effect of downlights. i ask uncle if it was necessary for me to chge my alum grills also, as they r still in gd condition. He say very easily pry open liao, so he suggested i do fixed grills for my windows along the corridor.

I dunno if uncle does rectifications, but he say he takes the job from main con, so as a sub con their profit is cut cut cut! Sometimes HDB delay payment to main con, then sub con also not being paid by main con. But he still has to fork out money to pay his workers! **** shiong lor... tts y he say this yr he dun wanna do HDB project liao. Concentrate on reno instead. Money comes in faster and he wun have so much cash flow problem.

actually we bought it for the room, but realised too big. In the end gave up buying a L-shape sofa and went for 3 seater instead to accommodate this lounge chair. Yes!! post ur layout soon! xherion: its display set tt's why so cheap. That's the catch... But... the covers are removable and washable. So display set also worth taking.

i bought this during their warehouse sales 2 wks back. Display set @ $350, 1 leg was damaged but made them swop with another chair's leg on the spot! the 45% is a gd buy!

I have to agree its a very reasonable price for the works i've done. IDs quoted me $23-28k for just 1 toilet and kitchen cabinets. Madness! Its a pity u cant speak mandarin/hokkien, Ah soon's a steal for those on budget like me! I haven decided where to put my dining table. I have a breakfast table that's supposed to be in the kitchen, but now its in my living rm (on the other half w.o the sofa). My area near the kitchen door is reserved for sofa/TV console already. The layout of our flat (plus the beams!) is really a headache for dining table.

my new house's layout is quite diff from the actual floorplan, the 1st owner shifted the MBR door to face Bedrm 2 door instead, so wun be able to see from the main door. But still... i love the alley u have at ur main door! even the living/dining room got more privacy! Gd for u!

My coll is holding her wedding in the double lunar mth, becos according to HK customs (she's from HK), double mth is a gd mth that signifies 双双对对. How much was the 32" Bravia ah? I resisted moving to the TV sections, just grab my vacuum cleaner and go! My hub's there combing the fair now with his parents! haha!

Both prices are really cheap! He quoted me $900 for my reno, but my house is easily mistaken as 5rm, so its really worth the price! Uncle was telling me yday he pays his painters $70/day leh... i wonder how can he earn? Luckily i didnt get him to chge away my lollipop painted wall, else i'll be super guilty! thks thks!! my completed pics r up already. Still pending for furnitures to come in next fri thou.
