  1. Fyi, there r diff number of rails available. Ie, how many side/pieces of window u can open. Mine is 4 pieces of window (hdb) currently, 2 rails only… so can only open 50% of the space I asked my contractor (as I’m doing my house reno after new year), 4 rails would cost about 1k+, inclusive of alu grills. not sure if it's ex or cheap.. i’m thinking to be able to slide 4 pieces of window to one side, opening ¾ of the space. will update when i have more info

  6. Actually, I invited and the 3 of them did came to view the unit liao. The quotes amount are quite diff. I’ll go arrange for 2nd discussion to review the quotes. To be fair, I given the same requirement to the 3 of them, but all came back with some diff. They have their own style/design…etc… Thanks for the replies. Hopw to engage one by mid feb, planning to move in by end march

  21. Adding to my reply… I went to S&C last evening… met up with Melvin. He’s a nice chap, really helpful and confident (in pricing, at least the way he talk)… Anyway, they prices are very good!!!! Same sofa, exactly the same sofa, S&C quoted 1500-1600, but with 2 yrs warranty At another shop, I was quoted about 2400 but with 5 yrs warranty…. Luckily I went to S&C to compare prices… else will be chop gaogao… Me not anyway linked to S&C, jus sharing info. they do have fabric sofa, dropby take a look, maybe u can get a better deal there...

  23. Met up with ken last weekend. Quite a frank and funny fellow, I would say. Keep telling me, let me know wat u need/want, I’ll help u design and thin of it… Nice, I like that way, he’s alert and always willing to solve/provide solution… I’m still waiting for a final revise quote from ken…. after consulting my FMS on the layout. hope to get quotation 10-12k
  24. Saw some at IFC sungei kadut, range from 2k-3k. 1) Half leather at about 2600, L-shape with recliner. Length about 2.9 meters (locally made) 2) Full leather at about 2800, L-shape with recliner. Length about 2.7 meters (overseas made, can’t rem which country) I’m looking for L-shape sofa too, went to S & C yesterday (about 6pm), but it was closed…. Anyone with good recommendation for high rest, L-shape sofa range from 2 - 2.5k(or less)?
