sorry to hear this friends who paid to species and not getting their goods. i came here to seek fellow owners of species sofa as mine is defeinitely a fake full leather as it started peeling and the top layer is pvc type and not leather. i wanted to seek a resolution with them but i think they run road now. i hope those that have paid them tried to pursue them to the end. make the directors bankrupt etc Again I feel for all you of you out there cheated by such dishonest bastards.

HI Friends I am considering to hunt for a rooftop mansionette which I know is kind of rare in Singapore. But before we discuss on how rare they are I would like to ask a few questions if there are current owners or friends who have had experience in this area. I am curious if the layout of the livable area is the same as normal executive mansionette and the extra space is the front patio. i.e will the MBR or hall be bigger Also are there any issues with leaking roofs and very hot ceiling since the unit will be the topmost. Are there any restrictions on what I can build and plant on the patio for instance I would like to build a balinese trellis and some medium height plants to create some tropical look. The main reason why I like penthouse is I like the space in order to hold gatherings (in evenings ) and as well as having unrestricted airflow. (hope my assumption is right) If I would to go for a private penthouse, the cost will be likely above 1m. Anyway I hope to hear comments on the pros and cons of rooftop mansionettes. Many Thanks
