I was very angry with my ID today. He told me hackers coming to hack but in the end when we went down to see in the evening nothing was hacked when it is my dongtu... hai.. so disappointed. But lucky in the morning the ID did managed to dismantle something at least a shelf... hai.... even my ID duno about that hackers didn't go down.. hai.. anyway, he was very apologetic and changed the hackers... He wanted me to choose another dongtu day actually but I really don't want to delay coz of this silly mistake of theirs. Hi everyone, just return from a short trip. just in time for today's beginning of reno. Yap... managed to save on that... Lucky me. 119C we took a long long time to find it. was "lucky" that I had a skin allergy on my face that day. Took up the classified that day at raffles hospital and just decided to call up. Lucky us.

Wall mirror to take out so to hack wall. Just half a wall due to beam. Current tv console to be hacked will change position of tv to the other wall, puting sofa there and changing tv console to more modern and thinner ones. The divider that separates the living room & dining area(all marble floor) to be hacked to allow more wind to flow. False ceiling in between living room to be hacked, wanna put ceiling fan so will change lights positions. Happy viewing! More picz Balcony, beautiful area to leave it as it is. Hi everyone, need some opinion, I'll be hacking my toilet wall so will be changing the walls to be tempered glass... the problem is, I'm not sure which is better? Swing Door Glass Tempered? or Sliding Door Glass Tempered? The problem is my showerscreen also have door so I just wondering is it too doory? Double glass swing door. Although it does look flushed in between both glass walls. But Sliding, I worry about the tracks and the gap in between that doesn't look flushed. But it does save space. Hai... Headache!

Can, of course! My mum changed before coz someone poke something inside, then kena stuck. I also change my office letterbox before, hdb somemore. No problem one!

Think to play it safe, you better change the letterbox keys. Even if you get your agent to deal with the situation, the owner might have many duplicated keys that you may not know. For me, I intend to change all my locks which also include main door and gate... Safer,well it's not coz I'm in bad relationship with ex-owners but I'm just taking precautions. Precautions are better than cures!

I also think that shop very unprofessional. It's like a psychological disturbance to clients.

Sells quite good soya sauce chicken noodle. Membina there got coffee shop sells quite unique kind of western food. Ya, Becoz its HDB who "rejected" you....

Ya, I am in 119 series, 26 floor.5I. My valuation is 650K, COV is 8K... so quite ok lah... that time actually peak time. that's why alot people discourage us that time, say why so silly, go buy during this time. But 8K was really fine, owner very nice couple too.. so also let them extend stay without asking for rental. Ya, after 40K grant, its 610K. The house is move in condition but my problem is stove face toilet door, have to change whole kitchen. got to take out the partition of WIW, so make room bigger. Changing our MBR toilet to glass walls. Wana put ceiling fan so plummet light which are in the middle of the living room, have to change, in the end reno amount to 21K+, hubby say nevermind lah, plan to stay long term. lucky floor good condition, floor is marble for living and dining, parquet for room floors. I have to agree queenstown quieter, TB abit noisy but haha... I like to live in bustling area... I like that area too.. we are food gourmet... put on alot of weight after we became a couple... We changed each other's life! which part of TB u stay now?
