Never buy a house with a toilet located at the center influence of the home. The center of the house is where all the flux of energy comes together. And if the toilet is located at the center of the home. Your wealth will leak out of the home. This will result in the family facing financial difficulties. is there anything in fengshui that can counter this?? thanks for the advice.

i sincerely recommend Crestar...follow by FANCO. i installed Crestar in my living room...and FANCO in my study room last week. the crestar has more wind. but price is on the high side. forget abt Amasco. unless u want more trouble.

his design is very nice..............but. the downside is that he project tend to take a longer time. and also....his contractor doesn't always turn up as promised.

maybe u can look for his boss...James Lin...he is quite friendly...actually my first quotation from earnest is by email....quotation is very important...no point meet first...but quotation is way off budget.

Are u able to help us by telling us the company?? u will be doing a good deed.

Hi, i have got DeFong quoting be before...its very cheap. but i decided not to go with them cos i found some negative review on them. things like electrical are usually not stated. like per lighting point is ard $33 and per light installation is around $10.....when u give them ur budget...tell them it includes electrical and gst if any. else, u will be in for a shocker.

Err.........Zann Loo is leaving Earnest Interior...now my project is in charge by James Lin..the boss. anyone house done by him before? he is a very nice guy.....

Ppl sourcing for reno should be aware of these contractor. may compromise quality. An interesting article

can u trace back a negative advice made by me? please state clearly which did i advice ppl not to visit TAU? if so, i shall make an appology to TAU. by calling ppl a beggar....do u think its man enough??

post #545 its okay...........i guess anything can happen on the internet. all these started from a "quotation is very grey...not very happy." but again, i think the guy drafting my quotation could be different from ppl drafting urs.. i think ppl posting here shd be warned not to put any negative comment or risk to be insulted. Guess i won't be coming in anymore...had already sign up an ID. nevertheless...its a good experience.
