  1. Sent you a PM regarding this group buy contact Many thanks.
  2. I wanna know the place to buy and price too. Thanks for sharing.
  3. Hi All, I've been trying to sell my flat for a couple of weeks. Got a confirmed buyer on 26th May. I'm an SC, the buyers are SPR from HK. When we checked the SPR Quote Eligibility on the day of viewing (in May), our flat was eligible to sell to anyone. So we signed OTP with the agent. But the buyer needed to get bank loan, which was approved last Friday, 4th of June. Our agent tried to send the OTP to HDB today, but failed 'cause the buyers aren't eligible to buy our flat anymore! Then I checked the SRP Quota again, now only SC or Malay SPR are eligible to buy our flat Now how? The buyer already paid me the option fee and deposit last month, but the process crossed over the month. The agent said they'd send appeal to HDB, but don't know what the turn out would be. Is there anyone here had similar experience or heard of this kind of problem before? Would be great if the deal could go through so I don't need to look for another buyer again ... Thanks for your input. Cheers! Frank
  4. Can anyone pm or email me Mr Kenneth or Johnny or Kevin's contact numbers? We just got our new hdb flat, can't move in w/o the kitchen done and some reno work Many thanks. Frank: wfengmail @ yahoo.com
  5. Call Henry yesterday, he's too busy to do our reno. We have to find another ID or contractor ...
  6. Hi Simon, could you please PM me Henry's number? We just got our keys of our new hdb flat. Took a look at it last night, don't think we can do the design and planning properly all just by ourselves. Hope Henry can help us out. Many thanks. Frank
  7. That's what we've been told by our agent too, 3 to 4 months. We just signed our OTP last week, probably would have our key by next March.
  8. Hey rich man, you are looking for the KING while most the rest of us can't even find a humble place to live (from HDB ballot) ...
  9. You guys are really lucky! I'm the first timer and I start to try my luck since last Oct. The best Q number I got as 5xx, that's out of total of 255 available flats. And I was told there was no flat left for me to choose even before my appointment date came! The next best number I got was 4941 for this time half year sale, all the rest are quite bigger than this ... Oh well, I guess I'm not lucky enough for a HDB balloted flat, so I bought a resale one right after I knew my Q number for this half year sale (been looking for one for over 6 months ...)
  10. That's not true. The half year sale is also ballot exercise, and I was informed that I'd get two chances to be selected since I'm the first timer. Well, still I got a 4941 Q no., not small enough to get me a HDB flat out of 683 available ones Well, if you check the price of those HDB flats (new or BTO ones), they are not cheap any more. Besides, if you count in the 30k discount from HDB as a first timer if buying a resale one, the price difference is not huge. Plus you have more choices if buying a resale ones. Just check the half year sales, most available flats are either too far away from an mrt stn, or at very low floor. Not many good ones (good location and high floor) left ...
  11. Yeah, same here. I'm the 1st timer, been trying my luck for over a year now, the best Q number I got was 500 plus, and that's for around 200 available flats. This round the half year ballet I got a 4000 plus Q no. So I bought a resale flat right after I knew the Q number, no more try for me ...
