I had recently purchased a display LCD TV @ Courts Expo during the Christmas period.
After delivery, we realized that there a scratch on the LCD screen, apart from that they send in the wrong wall brackets. We had tried calling the Courts customer service ultimate times, and always get a respond that they will get back to me. However, I had waited for days and till today Nobody had called back and let me know regarding this issue.
How can such a Big Company like Courts be so irresponsible and provide such a lousy services. I thought their values are Customer focused....
Can somebody please tell me what I can do?
