Ok lar, as long you guys are happy with it. My setup don't even have a screen or ceiling mount... My projector sits on a shelf, image is on a white wall and wires run through hidden mostly near the floor... Have fun with your setup.

Around S$1850 frm Hawko SLS... Have you checked out the model owned by him? Resolution, etc? You might be paying more for something outdated.

Front-load saves elec(alot if u use heated washing) and water too, more environmentally friendly. Although it may take longer than top-load.

I am an owner of a Panasonic-PT-AX200E, 720p native, HD-ready projector for 10mths now. I use it in my living room with SCV or DVD or laptop. But I only used it on weekend about 8hrs or so, as we have TV in the study and bedroom during weekdays. So that will work out a bulb lifespan of 4 to 5yrs. This is a short-throw projector which gives me 90" @ about 3m. Given the size of living rooms, this is a major consideration, you don't want to buy a brand new projector and realised that it can only give you 60" due to space constraints...

I am waiting for my contractor to give me a quote... But I just wanna check out a few things from you expereinced fellas... The house is a resale and nicely wired up. I just need to change the lights, and the type of sockets\switch(frm old fashion small ones, to big ones)... So no need re-wiring, with a few extension.. How much will it cost? $1K?
