my god.. u got 3!!! Decorating a girl's room is a sweeter process., there's so much that can be done!! how old are ur boys ah? my boys too young to use double decker.. one is turning 5 and the other is 17months. I am letting them share a room so have to squeeze 2 single beds in. My last resort is to just throw 2 pieces of thick mattress on the floor for them. even if the roll off, it'll be not too painful. their room not much space to play around after throwing in the beds and wardrobe. I am creating play area at dining room.

ohh preciousjam urs are boys!! hey share share idea how u wanna dress their room leh!! I am having big headache!! Are u getting them bed frames or? I was advised against doing up a platform to place mattress for the boys due to space constraint and the bed frames that we are keen on exceeded budget... if I get the set of bedframes that I am eyeing, the frames and mattress for each boy will cost me $1K... 2 boys means $2K... too expensive le... need ideas!!

ohh forgot to add that he so funny leh, he himself tell him :"last weekend 1 fly 3 owners aeroplanes cos i am sick" I told him :" nvm uncle, we are so used to it already, we knows it comes with ur package.." got no heart not to forgive me but he really makes me wanna cry.....i adopted the wait and let him work his own pace method.. aiyoh big mistake, i shall turn around and adopt the pester him up the wall method, see if it works better.. He say he will be at smallboy place tomorrow, so I told him I'll just hop over to meet him when he is there NO MATTER WHAT TIME, EVEN OFFICE HOUR. Ended up he turn around and show concern leh, he tell me better not in case I get scolding from my boss.... I rather get scolded by my boss for sneaking off man!

sigh... he called me pretty late just now... about 8+pm.. after some small talk he ask me : when do you wanna start? I nearly drop off my chair................ Sometime last week I already informed him and confirmed with him I "dong tu" 25th and he somemore agreed to start hacking my place on 27th.... now suddenly backtrack ask me when start... When he heard 25th and he repeated himself like a broken record :" ohh u also 25th?? total 5/6 houses on 25th!"

hi bbq1976 Pertaining to your Qs will share with you what i know. 1. You can use CPF to purchase ur 2nd home of course, i guess the question you are trying to ask is whether u can take HDB or Bank Loan. If you are upgrading, you can still get loan from HDB. if you are not upgrading then it will have to be a bank loan for 2nd timer. 2. mine is a 5room thus cannot compare apple to apple. 3. If you want I can share with u my agent contact. What he did for us that time was, he came to help us calculate our finances and help us make an estimation of how much cash we are able to take back, before we sign with him to get him to sell our flat. He is a nice guy and not pushy. He happens to own the realty company that he is representing. His estimation was pretty close too. Good luck to your house hunting!

yeah i was having a difficulty deciding on what top to use. My last postform top lasted me 6 years and still as good as new, no scratches, no dent. Ultimately we decided to use granite top, cos granite is supposingly less prone to scratches. My kitchen quote includes : 1) my cabinet quote is 17ft top and bottom. TOp cabinets in glass. 2) granite top $1000 the above quote was the initial quote but I already added on more length and still awaiting ah soon to revise for me leh... mine is starting coming saturday and still no sound no picture from him...

oohh that lounge chair. today we went barang barang again and saw another lounge chair that is slimmer but more costly and it is actually PU/synthetic leather I think. Original is $890 and there is a 40% discount. forget to take picture... NOw hor.. that lounge chair keep swimming in my brain leh... my younger boy climb onto the display chair and was amusing himself treating it like a slide... should i buy should i not should i buy should i not??
