  1. aiyah....... forgot all abt the dust part. hahahahah but nvm.. the light is actually very small. about 1 palm size. can take the cover out and run it under the tap then dry it to prevent it from rusting
  2. Went up to check my place and buy food for the tilers. They are tiling the toilet floors now and will also start tiling the access area outside. FINAL DECISION, this time really final, hubby changed his mind again and yes we gonna have wall tiles for kitchen after all... Spent the whole day today to hunt for wall light for my access area. Our access area is small and thus we do not need a very bright light, plus our water feature will have light also. FSM advice us to use cosy lighting at that area and suggested yellow lighting. After going to so many places, finally tracked down this light. I'm taking the one on the right, cos I need yellow colour at that area. If I have a choice I actually prefer the silver one.. I do not want to use the traditional lantern looking kind of wall light. Very happy to find this and at a reasonable price of $90.
  3. ohh sorry for late reply. I think metalsubzero has pm u guys the no. but i heard from fannie today uncle's phone got problem. If u guys can't get him today, do try again tomorrow. His company name is Fu Hua Interior Design i think
  4. at a quick glance the plastering price seems reasonable but some items like the installation of sanitary fittings are inflated.

  7. purple tiles. first time i see. very eager to see how ur house will turn out
  8. the close up of your MBR curtain looks good. Actually it is not true that top floor water pressure no good. Top floor is usually serve by the roof top water tank and it is just directly above u, so pressure should be good. Unless your block is serve by direct supply, meaning direct from PUB mains and no water tank at the top then the higher floors will experience lower pressure. ur bidet spoil liao ahh?? then how?? replacing new?

At least uncle took on the responsibility and extra cost to rehack and retile bear with it. Very soon you'll get ur house swee swee!! Your kitchen cabinets looks good

  18. nice and long corridor and that's a really nice picture.
  19. hmmm mine also queen size. The logistic people from whom I bought the bed came over my side to take measurement. I didn't do up the head board like u. When they took the measurement, my bed will actually protrude beyond the MBR entrance door jam. nothing wrong with it, just that the aisle for walking from entrance to toilet will be pretty narrow and I worry it may look weird. I'll be placing my bed nearer the WIW. in fact should be directly opposite it. (FSM advice). So I thought with your headboard, your allowance may be even narrower.
  20. ehhh i was there in the evening too leh fannie! Went back to asia excel.. wanna see their bathroom accessories.. but I think their selection quite limited leh.. didn't really see any I like...
  21. hey wendy, Your bed or is queen or kind size huh? I suppose ur bed head will be on the brown wall right? will the end of the bed protrude beyond the door jam alot? when will your bed arrive?
  22. Hey wendy, thanks for the open house. At first hubby drop the idea of kitchen wall tiles after knowing that we gotta top up more than $1K. The visit to your place today, rekindle his interest for the kitchen wall tiles again. hahahah
  23. Lawry that is actually my common toilets my MBR tiles are in earlier posts. Yes the window is powder coated. I guess nowadays most owner will opt for powder coated ones.
  24. thanks for the suggestion. Decision as of today is we'll do just as per what u suggested, cos hubby concur with the tilers.
