i went LSH 3 times, Hafary 2 times and Sin Lek 1 time before I finally chose my tiles. No need to be shy one. We'll be staring at the tiles for the next few years. so better to choose something which we like.

Ain't uncle's workers suppose to help u clean off the paint marks? Just now evening I went up my tiling works are about 90% completed le. Even the front access area is done. what's left is just some small corners and the kitchen wall tiles. So far I've not heard from Jason yet, when I called uncle just now he said Jason should be contacting me soon.

actually i was thinking not sealing it is advantages. In case we need replacement we won't actually damage our table top.

hmmm i think changing the water may not help if the disease is contagious. Best thing is still to consult the fish shop and ask them to recommend medication if necessary.

personally i like big entrances to. It brightens up the whole place and the space will looks more breathable. I am glassing up the big entrance as well to solve the smoke issues. however instead of sliding i am doing swing door.

Kewin, sorry to hear about ur experience. As shared, Uncle Ah Soon got no problem with us talking directly to the workers. In fact, me and the tilers got pretty good rapport. Everyday when I go up to the unit, they will ask me how I want to do my tiles for each area progressively. The only area they miss out asking me was the kitchen floor. Glad to hear that the whole saga is over for you. 6 years ago, I met a horrible ID who has go HDB license.. frankly.. HDB couldn't do much for me either except recommending me a lawyer... Till today that horrible ID firm is still around and constantly participating in those Home Living fair at expo...

Hi aubrey I know what you mean. I am quite sure that this light won't be bright enough as main illumination. however my access area is really small and I'll have corridor light thrown into the area as the new lift lobby will be just right outside the gate. FSM advice is for that area not to have too bright lights. I am considering to incoporate some lights into my shoe cabinet as well. I'll not be doing much outside except wear shoes. If after installing really too dark hor.. then will then go hunt for another. ohh my water feature also got light.

sure sure. at first tilers told me can be completed today, but i think i fed them too well they took too long coffee breaks hahahah progress not as fast as expected, now completion of tiling date changed to thursday. But i am ok. I rather they take their own time to do a good job

yah chosen! done today too. It wasn't difficult. I wanted 300x600 white tile. there's only 2 types which is plain. one is white and glossy the other is white, gloss and with abit of texture. i chose the one with a bit of texture.
