He is the sole surviving electrician, all the electrical workers kanna "pok" already due to their sub standard works and carelessness. Today Ah Tan was up at my place, he lament that it is very sian to work alone. So hor I went up to chitchat with him leh but after awhile he chase me away. 叫我不要吵他 wor!!! hahahhaah i think i too noisy for him to work peacefully

i think there is a price list at the back. what is the cost of the one that you are looking at? or maybe can describe which are the ones u are eyeing? Usually if it's less than $70/80 it is fine. Usually the range is around $50+/$60+ bah. If you are thinking of using the metallic range it is quite expensive lor. however if u are sure u wanna use the super expensive ones, can top up.

wahh newnyew you sounds like an expert. at my old place i also use cheap oven to bake aiyoh 50% of my bakes went down the bins one so i thought oven no good. So ahh now i know it is the human that is no good -_-

ohhh dear.. I can totally feel your frustration.. i guess nothing much can be done for the alter see whether u can hide away the chair. As for the shower curtain, Ikea do have some nice ones that you may get to replace. As for the curtain rod in her room erhhhh how come can slant until like that??? Is it those that are not permanently fix to the wall? There are those that are fix up by suction. If that's the case still can adjust.

hi born_again, yeah my block is having lift upgrading. Once it is done, I'll have lift right outside my door. wonder whether it will give me a sense of exclusiveness since my floor only got 2 units or it will make me feel i lost my privacy... but i do look forward to the convenience though!! now that the gate is up.. i cannot revise it's design anymore. I actually considering removing the plastic thingy but that will means there will be holes on the gate cos they actually revert the sheet on the gate... Also, i realise our gate design is not very safe... wide gap.. anyone can just put a pole in to pull our shoes out of our access areas... oh well.. since it's again my own choice... gotta live with it...

the reason why I think it clashes is bcos my TV console is black white and grey and the kitchen which is directly opposite the dinning room is also in black white grey. alter in the dinning room also white. Thus the whole house seems to be in black white or grey but suddenly got this earthy colour pop out and "giap" in between living and kitchen. That's why I tot it a bit out. Our old dinning table actually suits the earthy tone better, however, we are only going to use it temporarily. When we save enough, I plan to change it to either full clear glass or black glass with either black or white chair. That's why i think the champange colour is out lor...

I seriously think that my dinning room wall colour clashes badly with my living room colour... Another case of bad choice on our part.. I have requested uncle to repaint it white and I will try to source of some nice art pieces or painting to dress up the plain white wall after the reno complete. Hubby called and said that he detected some hollow tiles this afternoon. I will go up and confirm later. He told me something disgusting.. he said our common toilet got what seems like "poo" stain.. he tried to flash several times but still can't flush it off.... though I hate to witness it.. but I gotta go see it so that I can tell uncle about it....

Great!! But I guess for my main door, the frame shall still remain as brown cos my wall colour is champange, so suddenly a white frame jump out will look weird. When are u going to change them??

Hi Rasp, yes the main door is suppose to be a fire rated door. my gate is actually wrought iron gate. The colour is a bit black with a bit of gold. My gate is actually away from the main door cos we got a little access area between the 2. My Main Gate I find that the plastic sheet fixed at the bottom looks really awful... cannot blame them.. cos it was our choice.. I wonder whether there are other ways of doing it... purpose for fixing the plastic panel is to prevent water from splashing in when Town cousin wash the floor.. also to prevent cats from coming in.. A closer look at the ugly plastic sheet. I am thinking of asking uncle to use the same material as the gate to fabricate this panel for me.. wonder whether it can be done and how much it will cost.
