if it is ah tan who run ur cabling he will fix up for u. u just need to tell him which light for where. Check your quote and see whether lighing points are included in the quote. uncle charge base on lighting points. Usually, we'll end up fixing more than what was quoted, if not too many extra he will close one eye won't ask for top up

uncle tell u 1/4 story only.. 1 piece of wall tile in MBR, common toilet need to cut 2 floor tiles to get better gradient, living room 1 tile cut leg, access area 1 tile cut leg, living/dining/toilet grouting to patch, study room laminate floor front potion to be redone. Wall and paint need touch up, main door need to open peephole, fix handle. these are excluding carpentry touch up which ah wei is handling for me. Though the rectification of tiling is not alot but hor the moment they cut just 1 tile the whole place will be filled with dust THICK THICK layers of dust....

ok folks, thanks for hearing me out. I am in a much prettier mood now. The workers are working on the tiles now, laminate flooring guy says will come down by today but I've yet seen him. As for the carpentry rectifications, the moment Ah Wei saw my emails, he printed out the whole lists and rush down. His workers are working very hard now on the touching up and I must say I am happy with the service recovery, cos they will dismantle some doors and replaced with brand new ones. They also tore down some scratched laminates and replaced with new. The design of the TV feature wall will be changed slightly. There's a very obvious scratch right at the front of the white laminated potion. In order to solve this issue, ah wei suggested using black glass strips to cover over the scratch.. I do hope that it will turn out well... At least now I can smile, it's Mr Carpenter's turn to loose sleep.

dun have. actually the tilers did quite a good job. I just need them to refill some of the grouting and i think they forgot to grout my MBR toilet tiles. so far the hollow tiles are only along the skirtings and some wall tiles. Floor tiles are generally ok except for 2 pieces which got the "cut leg" feel. I guess they are probably busy at another job.. uncle mention that they are at Blk 20, whose place is Blk 20 huh?

Just came back.. kitchen wash le.. but realise no point... cos carpenter coming tomorrow to replace 3 of my cabinet doors.. and I pasted masking tape all over for them to see, i hope they will open their eyes this time.. MBR floor clean le.. but the wardrobe still got some touch up need to do... i called him once in the evening... he did not pick up... F4 reminded him to call me and he said he will.. up till now still no call.. thus I don't see any point of calling him now... I will also not call him nor ah wei tomorrow... if they got the heart, they will call me. if not i shall move in my things.. but i won't stay in and see when they gonna call me on their own... punctured liao.. Actually Booy.. I am a very bad tempered person.. but due to my previous work nature, I always got a big heart for contractors cos I always think they are the most misunderstood and mistreated lot.... Thus I'm usually more lenient towards them... any contractors who kanna me scream them down are the most suay ones cos that rarely happen. At this point of time, I am still not at the verge of scolding uncle nor ah wei, only feel like asking them to sponsor me tissue... keep the hair BD, next time when you got balding problem you can use them for transplant.
