Do you guys do heavy cooking? If not I think plaster n paint kitchen wall should not be too difficult to maintain. I wanted a cement screeded raw looking kitchen wall but have since changed it to plaster and paint for kitchen wall because I'm worry of cracklines if it is just plain cement screed. If you do heavy cooking i guess wall tiles will be more practical. As for toilets, I think safer to use tiles especially for wet areas, just personal opinion lah.

Wanna make a comparison if possible. My experience with Sky so far is pleasant. He is nice and service is good so far. However, i am still awaiting other quotes to come back before I decide who to appoint.

lakaik, what will happen if kitchen is read and black huh??? my current kitchen is black and red leh. we did not see FS when we reno the current place 6 years ago.. ohh by the way i think white looks more modern than wood colour. I love white but i heard quite a few folks advice that white may turn yellowish over time.

Hi roy I approaced 3 out of your list of 4 IDs for my reno. from Ideal House - i sent an sms to Kenneth but no reply yet. Not sure whether he is too busy that's why no reply. will call him up if i don't receive any reply from him by tomorrow from Gplan - sent an sms to kelvin, he called me over the phone, we talked awhile and I emailed to him the floor plan. will await his quote from Spacious - i spoke to Jovern. Nice young man. initial meet up was pleasant, am also currently waiting for his quote. I also realised no one mention about Spacious in this forum, will also be keen to hear feedbacks if any.
