  1. ohh ashes02 so the discussion was in ur thread hahahah i wanted to post in the pic in the your thread but was lost!! can't remember whose thread we were discussing. Drool hor?!! aiyoh but very expensive leh.. hopefully unlce can be kid and dun ask me to top up too much..
  2. Pet/Piglet correct hor?? the sin lek one much more classy. but the price hor also very high... sigh... I now cannot decide what top and what colour to use... I visited the unit which they recently completed in Eunos. The owner used black granite but I think it doesn't look very nice leh.. unlike those that I see in IDs showroom.. much nicer. Also the joint line between the 2 pieces is very obvious and a bit unsightly in my opinion. I ask Jason whether can make the joint line finer but seems like he says joint line can't go any finer.. Also the thickness is pretty thin. I prefer table top to look thicker thus if i am using granite I may top up to add the drop down to make the top looks thicker. Now I am contemplating whether I should go for solid black top, or simply use postform.... ideas ideas pls pls!!! no worries smallboy, though we already chosen and paid a deposit, we can change the item if the sizing does not fit. We kiasu
  3. i kiasu not yet sign anything with ah soon but already chosen my tiles Living Room file tile MBR toilet The stripey tile is from Sin Lek.. **** X... it is at $9.50...way above the $3 that uncle give.. If i am tiling the whole toilet wall with this, just the material will cost $1K+.. so I asking uncle how much I need to top up if i only tile 2 walls with this and the other 2 with normal grey tiles.. hopefully i can afford the top up. common toilets my kitchen floor tile will be the same dark grey tiles. no wall tiles for kitchen. In another thread, which I can't which thread, we were discussing about the expensive Sin Lek tile, versus the more affordable version available at both Hafary and LSH. Manage to take a picture to make comparison between the italian expensive one and the more economical one. can see the difference?? can tell which is the more expensive one?
  4. hubby is the one lah!! he loves to lie down to watch TV. I forbid TV in the MBR, so at least he can lie down and watch in the living room ohhh :x uh-oh hmmm in that case maybe i should save the trip. i think i'll make use of wallpaper for my TV feature wall. Hey smallboy ask u ahhh what top are u using for ur kitchen and what colour?
  5. They have to work on sundays now. hahah probably bcos too many projects on going at the same time thus have to compromise
  6. if u cannot tahan then get it fixed. cos u'll be living in there for a long long time. it'll be an eyesore to u.
  7. me too going without kitchen wall tiles. At first I wanted to go without floor tiles even!! but was advice against it by a number of folks. I wanted a raw kitchen now final decision is to go with grey floor tiles and no wall tiles.
  8. pet, Goodrich showroom is at 8 changi south lane. very near to singapore expo! DON'T GO!!! you will be stuck there for a long time!!! they got so much selection! asianms, thanks! I always prefer fabric sofa, though hubby sometimes grumble about the maintenance our last sofa set was beige colour fabric, thus gets dirty easily, it doesn't help that I have a toddler and a preschooler at home that always drop food and drinks on the sofa.. that's why this time, we get the dark colour one. This set no need to dry wash, can throw inside washing machine!! yippee!!
  9. ur place completed already?? pictures!! pictures!!
  10. shd be ok. u let me know the time. I am quite sure the man will go :" what?? goodrich again?? I thought we went already the last time??"... At the showroom hor, got this frame up wallpaper and they stick diamonte on them wahhh very chio!! show u when we are there!!!
  11. it's 2.9m. i think it looks huge when pulled out, if not it'll look like a normal sofa set. kenji keeps rolling around on it hahaha. I must really control my budget... i keep buying things that are not in my plans... first was the bed frame.. now is the sofa... :x wallpaper i am going for goodrich, may be using for TV feature wall or dining room.. still not confirm.. still thinking..
  12. Posted these in the other hiding place, reposting to make my records complete. heheh. Below are my other buys.

  20. maybe u got chance. hahahah if not i guess top up also a little bit only
  21. actually is a bit of exageration lah. Fannie's mum only doing a TV console. My mil's place doing kitchen/toilets tiles plus kitchen cabinets, not whole house. Anyway we met with jason le. Only did very draft first round drawings. Came back and realise I forgot that I need a tall unit in kitchen.. so miss that out... so he'll need to redraw :x
  22. I agree leather has lower maintenance but fabric sofas more interesting, got alot of patterns!! This whole set the cover can be detached and throw into washing machine.
  23. It cost $1599 before GST. We ordered an extra set of covers at $480.
  24. Are you going to use it for the whole toilet wall? If yes will have to top up on material costs. If it is just 1 strip for feature, then I guess uncle may be able to accomodate.
