40k For 4 Room?
ivy replied to himiten's topic in Renovation Contractors, Interior Designers & Suppliers Reviews
The prices looks really expensive. Mine is a 5room and it comes up to much lower. I pm u my quote for reference. -
the side with the scv cable is it the same side as ur entrance or opposite?

aubrey, smallboy's wifey is right. Actually I posted somewhere else commenting that nowadays even when u go ID, they give u the cut and paste from their archive design. Don't differ much. Unless u got a big budget which allow them to do alot of fanciful stuffs. For us, who dun hv a huge budget to throw at the IDs, i think contractors like Ah soon is a good enough catch. I met up with Jason last weekend, he can catch what u describe to him pretty quickly. Do some searches online and show him pictures of what u like. He will also give some advice etc. When I was in my initial stages of searching for ID, I was also worried abt design, after that I immune liao... cos i see all the 3Ds all about the same mah actually. ohh congrats too. 6 months hor very fast will fly past!! make use of this time span to do ur research!!

This is not toto, toto one expensive cannot afford haahhaha I go toto look see wahhh got alot of fanciful gadgets WC and cost 1-2K aiyoh...Mine is a Crizto model is 2340. I got it at Asia excel marketing IMM at $330. if u go there u can look for salesman Tommy.

if using black top, I guess granite still safer. I was also torn between the 2... and the general feedback is black solid top scratches easily and the scratch marks will be very obvious. My former kitchen also uses postform and it lasted me a good 6 years and still going strong no scratch no dent, actually I was contemplating whether to use back postform, but forummers shared that better to use granite. I am also keen to find out how is the performance of the Quartz top.

metalsubzero, I agree that functionality should supersede looks (if it is not too obiang) thus I was thinking and reading thru feedbacks on solid and granite top last night (slept at 2am lor!!!) and have since decided to go for granite still see?? woman! very fickle minded. hahaha and wei, before u buy ur square toilet bowl hor, pls sit on it to try out comfort hor! I too love squarish stuff, including toilet bowl. I actually pointed to a square bowl and told the sales person I want that. But later on when I sit on it to try wahhh heng ahhh sales not confirm yet... somehow got a very cramp feeling under my butt :x not comfy at all... so I compromise and settled for a rounder one... the pic is in my T-blog.

ohh you bird cage decals so cute.

nice theme but hor how come the MBR door looks abit out of theme leh? everything looks modern then came a yester year door? also in my humble opinion, I think if you are getting a platform, a 1 level platform will be sufficient. Safer and cheaper. double level if fall over hor u drop from a greater ht, more painful. heheh am thinking for the little ones, in case they are jumping on the parents bed. other than the above, I thought the 3D look pretty cool. I like black grey theme too!

hey metalsubzero I was also planning for black galaxy top and white cabinets. I too went to the eunos unit to see but did u notice that the black galaxy top doesn't really look very nice? also did u notice that the black galaxy joint line is kinda wide, obvious and a little unsightly?? After I saw the unit's black granite top.. I am now thinking of changing granite top back to solid top.. cos solid top no joint line...
-
i see... ok ok that means i will hv to wait long long...
-
真的是一分钱一分货.... now now folks, tell me! do you rather go for white solid top or black solid top?? assuming both will match the laminate that u choose???
-
great to hear that he will be retifying the tiles for u. i am very eager to see ur carpentry work?! when will ur carpentry works start?
-
aiyoh.. see lah.. i so blur yah loh the difference is quite vast when place side by side.
-
hahah u are not far behind!! is at 0.1m diff!! I got a long living room mah hopefully the sofa dun look too out of place Pet/Piglet, hmmm thanks for advice, in that case I may use Black solid top instead. but I read quite some feedback that black solid top very prone to scratches and the scratches will look very obvious..
