it really depends on whether do u need the flat urgently yourself? if you cannot compromise on the reno timeline then no choice cannot extend. but if u are not in a rush and the sellers have been nice folks 3 days can be negotiable. to me your needs comes first. they dun have a right to insist actually.

the updated drawings look better. kitchen cabinet layout is nice. At least the colour of the door is much better, but when u select the door don't take that pattern can??? take more modern one to suit ur overall modern looking 3Ds.

ohh really ahhh... this is the second feedback i heard about effect of metalic laminate. I read in another thread owner also choose metalic from small sample piece but final product was off expectation as well. my hubby say nice leh..
