One Auntie that I know always strike 4D like once a week. She simply go around asking Gods for 4D numbers every now and then. When my father buys together with her, they don't strike. Somehow, only strike when she buys on her own.

Agree with you. However, not easy to carry out. Even when one is out of job, the tendency is to find another job or go for some kind of training that can land one on a job in future.

Nice 5 flat design. I think it is natural to place fridge and washing machine at the kitchen and sofa at the living room. Although what I just said sounds conventional, ultimately the placing of household items depends on the design you want.

I found that the best is still to use solar power from the sun to remove foul smell from thoroughly clean washing. Just experimented with this and it removes foul smell quite substantially (ie I am quite particular about foul smell) without direct sunlight. Try hand washing the portion of the clothes that are dirty using soap. After than put the clothes into the washing machine using warm water using. You can use either generous portion of TOP detergent or dynamo. After washing and drying the clothes, iron them thoroughly and then leave it to air. When you keep them into the cabinets, I found that the clothes smell okay. Cheers!

That's good. Agree with you that the choice of ID/ Contractor is very important. My reno will also be completed by year end, so keeping my fingers cross that I will also be able to move in before Christmas.
