How's the joint to the other type of flooring looks like? I still can't believe mine got a raise kerb. Maybe I should call & ask if they can do it like wood flooring where they use metal piece in between wood flooring & tiles.

For the others like larder unit since still can put in things I wanted to put in so we leave it. If change it need to patch here & there even more ugly. can't possible to have them re-do the whole thing for us. Ya lor always heard ppl change the window to get powder coating, haven't heard anyone dismantle their existing window, get it powder coat & put it back lol.

powder coating means need to dismantle the windows and send it to factory right? after dismantle still possible to put it back?

Mine is ID. But I still go to see my place everyday, & saw surprises everyday. ID got pros & cons. Cons is that message pass to ID--> ID talk to tiler/carpenter etc boss --> boss talk to his worker. By the time the worker receive the info it's all different from what I told the ID. Faint...

Ur whole house flooring is herf? If not can I check with u how's the joint between herf & other flooring? Is there a kerb like other laminate flooring?

I cannot understand at all. I given my requirement of dimension to the carpenter, even draw out the diagram w all the dimensions and send him pictures. He suppose to draw me 3D picture but I seen none. 1) Internal of toilet mirror storage cabinet to be at least 13cm, he make 11.5cm 2) wardrobe bottom space for 2 drawers at least 41cm, he make 38cm. 3) bottom most drawer for larder unit internal height to the upper drawer to be 38cm, he make 33cm. 4) Total there are 5 cabinet at the tv console, i want 2 to be drawer at the most left and most right, now become 2 drawers at the left. 5) Wanted a compartment at the tv console to hide the extension cable, in the end carpenter didn't do. 6) Always complaint why I like blum so much. I can't understand why the carpenter like excel so much... All these are minor minor things, but adding up it's major thing. I can't understand why the carpenter can't respect customer's decision and view. Change design without getting customer agreement first. When I ask him to change it to my design his face turns black. Uncle I know you are in this industry many years but respectful to others is a basic manners and has nothing to do with your experience.

I expect it will be totally flat. Still have a 'kerb' in between... Grr...

The hacker/tiler didn't remove all of the old tiles near the window cos they say if they do, the window frame will be damaged & I need to replace the windows as well. So they sort of 'overlay' the tiles near the window, window size is about 0.5-1cm smaller so grill cannot use...

Just wondering are we allowed to paint the window frame to white? Need to replace the kitchen window grill because after tiling cannot use back the old window grill. Wanted to change to white but that would be quite ugly if grill is white and window frame is black/bronze. Does hdb allow to spray paint it white?

Today evorich guy came & install the high end resilient flooring (herf). One man show & by 1+pm he's finishing all the 3 bedrooms. Color aspen white. Homogenous flooring quite level with the laminate flooring & no "kerb" at the bedroom entrance.

I have been comparing peeka, hoyoyo and 65daigou recently. roughly have some ideas, one thing I'm not sure about is： What is alipay? Can I create an alipay account and start shopping in Taobao by myself and provide the seller with the forwarder warehouse address without going through agent to buy for me? Will the forwarder inspect and repack the product upon receive in China Warehouse?

Try search from tmr paper's classified? We got ours from there. If u have big(furniture) & small (boxes), ask them to load those big item into the truck first. We learned a lesson the mover load the truck w small items & no more space for just one more fridge. If they make another trips means double the charges. They shld hav load in the fridge first n boxes we can actually move by ourselves...

For small item, between 65daigou, peeka & hoyoyo which one is better? I notice that hoyoyo charge base on actual weight not volume weight. So for light but large item is better?

How hdb know u box up piping? Need to apply permit if want to box up piping?
