  1. Yes. More or less confirm the ID. I'll be doing slightly more including whole house flooring n ceiling, cabinet at window recess, shoe cabinet, feature wall at bomb shelter, mbr wardrobe, tv feature+console. Carpentry is expensive... Quotations around 50k.

Nice! Can u share w me the cost u spent on Blum if possible what r the parts number u used? I'm very confusing with their catalogue. It will be good if they have some kind of kitchen planner software like ikea...
  5. Nice! Currently I'm also using city gas but old model Rinnai brand max hot water volume only 5l/min. Share with us how is it combi with your rain shower ya!
  6. Got smell? Gosh I'm deciding to use he herf flooring as well.
  7. Hi is your rain shower installed already? Just wondering how's the water pressure like when u use with the citygas heater? Is it alright?
  8. Quality wise is it same with iquartz?
  9. We decided to do laminate flooring for the bedrooms. Talked to a few ID some say just overlay it on the current tiles, some say need to hack & cement screed before lay laminate cos if just overlay will have problem in leveling. If just overlay probably can save $1k no concern of the bedroom door cos going to change it. But meaning the living room floor need to build 5-10mm higher in order to have same level with the rooms right? Won't it affect the main door & gate? Currently I see no gaps in between the doors & floor. Any advice anyone?
  10. hi lilychang we have the same layout remember ? i also thought can save on the plumbing since the house is not that old. but i was told that if overhaul kitchen & bathrooms, the plumbing need to redo eventhough no change on the location of water outlet points.
  11. Anyone heard or use cresto quartz before?
  12. I guess it's not so much about the money but the promise & trust. I hate ppl using different kind of excuse & break their promise.
  13. Mine also 110sqm. Almost same except for entrance door & kitchen. I viewed a unit with mirror image of ur layout b4
  14. Nice! U mentioned 1 series is higher price how much per ft?
  15. Congrats of ur new purchase! Wow another neighbor this clusters of blocks are georgeous right? I'm still in the midst of discussion think ur Reno will start earlier than mine
  16. Hi rover, is the quotation u posted previously from Roy?
  17. Noted, both quotation are the same allowed up till $3 for tiles. I'm thinking to place the shoes cabinet facing the main door, at the kitchen entrance, cabinet depth 35cm; Current kitchen entrance is 105cm meaning will change to 70cm if place the shoes cabinet there. Is 70cm too narrow for kitchen entrance?
  18. Ya quite a big company judging by the number of ppl meeting us lol. We did impressed by the ideas n portfolio but too bad it's way out of our budget. Some ID we met sounds more like contractor some really sounds like ID.
  19. Just wondering how come so diff. in price: whole house hacking A: $3200 B: $5400 whole house homogenous tile: A:$14000 B:$19000 They are exactly the same thing. Is more expensive equal to better workmanship & higher quality?
  20. Very nice! Ya how much is the damage?
  21. Ya I also like it. So shinny looks like marble. Can you remember what's the price per sqf?
  22. I have decided to hack and lay homogenous tile. More durable. So far received a few quotes, most ranges from 40-50k. 2 exceptionally high at 55k and 69k. Have not really scrutise the 2 higher one to check what's the difference.
