still dont get what u mean. The resale transaction shows the exact selling price. The 'illegal' high COV which was popular just a couple of years ago works in this way:- Valuation = $400k Purchased Price as agreed by Seller & Buyer = $600k (Resale transaction wld show $600k) NB: Seller and Buyer plus agent secretly agreed that buyer wld get $100k from seller after the sales proceed So when Seller gets the cheque from HDB eg. $400k, Buyer wld later get his share of the pre-agreed $100k -

precisely. I'll sell if someone offer me $600k hahahaha huh? Thought transaction shows the exact selling price i.e either below valuation, at valuation or valuation plus whatever COV. -

I've been eating grass for a long time after moving into this house. now agent like **** desperate. Yesterday, saw got agent pasted flyer on every floor asking if anyone selling house as got 2 potential buyer willing to pay high cash. Agent willing to take 0.5% commission nia. Sound good hor but maybe just a sales gimmick. -

oops, my post Posted Aug 31 2007, 11:09 PM was referring to bigbird's post cos he mentioned about servicing the laminates. QUOTE(bigbird @ Aug 31 2007, 03:37 PM) actually previous owner done up both roof for the balcony and recess area, + the living rm marble floor + laminating floor for 3 rms (except I need to service them cos I remove the fixture desk, dressing table which left lobang on the laminating floor) -

nice reno I like your bathroom tiles....really a touching point for visitors/guests. Is it a glass panel on the tower cabinet on the left of your kitchen? yr kitchen cabinet is red & light blue or red & metallic ?Previous owner already extended living room into the original balcony so where wld your washer be? ya, my utility window is actually facing the wall and not the corridor. hmm....did u re-do the rooms' laminates? pls enlighten on how do u service them? Ur reno is 30K? I bought mine at 310k, 30k below valuation but it was in Mar 2005. Seller left only nothing for us cos the place was in bad shape. We bought it in a hurry so didnt really view many units and also because we only wanted a unit from a particular block. No marble flooring, no parquet flooring, no wall tiles, no decent good condition windows and windows grilles from seller....everything gotta be rebuilt. -

ic, cos my utility windows just a small panel which is on same size as your sliding glass door. Thought yr layout same as mine so surprised to see yr utility windows directly facing corridor. u really very fortunate that alot of things done up by previous owner. Btw, how much u bought for your EM? COV? No la, the marble flooring is definitely not old fashion. I dont mind such flooring if next time I got chance to re-do my EM. Thinking of either marble or granite . -
push cart at IMM near to Giant supermart counters.

i think cannot be used on laminates. I usually buy this big budget liquid detergent for my dishes, ranges from $3-$5. Can last me very long, I merely need to refill onto my mama lemon bottle. I prefer the clear bottle ones as I can just get a new one when its running low.

wow, so many posts within 2 days and I've lost count. If there's any new birds in this thread, pls pm me your info so I can update in my signature. I blur liao. Anyway, cant come in that often now as just gone back to work on Mon, 27 Aug after 3.5month of Maternity leave + leave. So fortunate to get a corner unit . Your floorplan looks like mine but your reno is so much better looking and easy to sell off next time. Your utility room very nicely done up. Btw, u knocked down the wall of the utility room and the walls at the main door right? Hmmm....did u created the windows at the utility room? !! the marble flooring so wu la la, really very swee . Hubby and I just hoping we kena one big time from TOTO then move out temporary and re-renovate the whole **** house again. hey, the window facing the main door also done up by your contractor? Very unique to have this window at this location cos never seen any around before -

oh, we can DIY ar? But too much inconvenient la cos got old, young and very young at home so very difficult to do the changes. Furthermore, I not into hao-lian-ing now so the tu tu old fashion is ok with me as long as it served its purposes. btw, u have a energy saving socket . U also DIY yourself or got electrician to do it? This gadget solely for your exhaust fan in loo ar? -

I use my darlie toothpaste to clean stubborn stains on my furnitures eg table, pc, printer, etc. What I do is apply toothpaste on the stain, leave for a short while and then use a damp cloth to wipe. The stain wld come off easily. U can definitely make your yellowish printer, keyboard or mouse white again. I also could use it to repair faulty CD by apply a thin layer and wiping it off. I also use it on my chrome taps and apply a layer to my sink and then wash it off. Can also use it to clean ink marks on the wall. Can use it as a polishing cream...oops paste. I also use it to clean my jewellery, silver and gold ear rings. I used my darlie toothpaste as a facial mask about once a month as its able to absorb the oil, give cooling effect on my face and make my face smooth and free of pimples....I'm not joking! I've not tried this but heard that if u smear the mirror with the toothpaste and wipe it off then it can prevent your bathroom mirror from being fogged or steamed. Can use it on windows and goggles.
