Hi Yang Guo, In fact all the flats facing LRT will not have direct sunlight...but unit 817 is at the corner block so maybe the Master bedroom will be quite hot in the morning as one of the wall is directly on the East side. Good luck to ur fren....

Usually if got 70% take up rate then it's a go-ahead project. Knew this rule from other forum.

Hi, those getting good Q no. are just by pure luck. I'm one of them. I got Q no.1 for Breeze, me n hubby aren't from GRC or Stat Board or hv any relatives in all those Govt. dept etc etc and we are just a normal ordinary couple. Everyone has a equal chance when it comes to balloting system...Luck plays a HUGE part here. All the best to u guys and hope everyone will get their desired unit soon....

Today's the first day of Punggol Breeze Selection 5 room - 6 units taken up 4 room - 8 units taken up My appt 8.30am, reach HDB hub at 8am, got buzzed in at 8.25am, whole process took abt 45 mins. Then Hubby went to pay option fee S$2k while I went to Loan dept to submit HLE application personally as I still need to re-confirm some income issues and to make sure my documents are in good hands.... Overall...got our choice unit and looking forward to our new flat.

Anyone going for Punggol Breeze selection. Looking for future neighbours....

Ya I guess the demand is still there, so far i know, Punggol Sapphire BTO has more than 80% take up rate. Not bad liao...ppl still willing to wait for 2-3yrs for new flats. As for location, it's really very personal perferences, there are so many factors to consider. Think of ur own requirements and choose wisely. Dun care what other ppl says, it's u staying in the flat for at least 5 yrs, so u should be comfortable abt it at the very start.

DoubleJ > if your ID needs proof I can scan u my letter..... nesh > Yes...if ur desired unit in whatever location is still available regardless what's ur Q no. of course u can select it on ur selection day lor..

For Half Yearly Sale - Flats selection are first-come-first-served basis irregardless of location.
