Hi Bro, I'd done my renovation on two years ago. For item 1, my ID suggested to get the (2x18W + Balast 13W) instead of the 13W, the reason was due to slightly bigger fixture fitting on the 18W, to save cost you will still be able to mount with 13W G24 PLC lights. I'm using Osram cool white with Atco ballast, so far not much problem after 2 years plus. But I'm currently replacing all my 13W and 18W G24 with the LED lights to check for any cost saving. I'm currently just started on this experiment, still don't have any data to compare yet

bro u r using Inverter or Non Inverter? Coz I don't think I can unplug my air-con plug on my newly installed Mit Heavy Industrial leh....

Hi Ivy, here's the initial done up on the tv feature wall and suspended tv console (sorry for the lousy pics from my nikon L14). Spotted the joining line at the centre? We don't really like it and feedback to my id, he said the joining line will not be so obvious after we mount the TV on the wall. Initial divider look like this, but my wife don't like the design and ask them to remove the woods on the glass, currently we r still searching for a flower sticker to put there, any better suggestion on the divider glass? The shop that I went for my PLC lighting gave me mixture of NHK and AEC ballast.....using for about 2 weeks from now.....so far so good. The most famous brand was Atco but I think most of the lighting shop seldom carry Atco....donno if due to the cost...

So sad to hear from u.....my ID also want to bring me to this S'pore Lighting Mart during my renovation, I cancel the trips last minute coz I did my homework here and some helps from google....mayb I know u engage with which Interior Design?
