hi if laminating is equal to the new one, we may go for new console. But i have a doubt that, do we need to still pay some amount for clearing the old console. Is it(clearing the old colsole) free when we are going for new console

Hi I am doing moving to my 5 rm HDB resale in few months time. I would like to do some renovations which I can’t avoid. Actually the unit is just three years old. So most of the renovations are up to the standards except some items for e.g. toilet doors (wooden) bottom spoilt, feature wall (bomb shelter, TV) lamination not good. So earlier I thought going for a Renovation contractor, but all are charging too much. And at the end it comes to near 15k+. So I decided to go ahead without contractor. Hi thanks for the reply However any idea, can we use the existing frame to put wooden bifold(or some new type of door) door?. I really dont want to keep two frames.

My current door is wooden and hence the frame is also wooden. If i want to use PD Door or Bifold. Is it possible to remove the entire set and place the Biflod/PD Doors frame. Or the existing Wooden frame(old) will still be there? I am quite confused. Anyone please help.
