May I know who is your ID/Contractor?

It's an old unit.. I believe should be around 20 years bah.. That's why need to do major overhaul. 1. Hack and rebuild Kitchen 2. Hack Common and Master Bathroom, actually we really like our current master bath room but since doing common cannot don't do master mar 3. Re-tiling living room 4. and of course my Wardrobe :D:D (but not sure whether the space enough for my wardrobe though).. 5. Rewiring for whole house 6. Laminate floor for 3 bedroom

Actually these are the items that we want to do, not sure if it's possible within our budget, our budget is around 25k only including electrical and lights. 1. Hack the wall between the master bedroom and bedroom 3 and build a U-shape walk-in-wardrobe with total length around 14ft 2. Laminate flooring for 3 bedrooms + living room 3. Build a divider cum shoe rack at the entrance (4-5 ft length) 4. Change the toilet doors to frosted glass door for both toilet 5. Build a TV Console+featured wall 6. Build a study table (6-8 ft width) 7. Hacking wall + floor tiles in kitchen + existing cabinet 8. Replaster the wall in kitchen and retile the kitchen floor with homogeneous tiles 9. Construct kitchen cabinet 10. Replace existing rubbish chute 11. Create false ceiling + Lbox for living room area 12. Full height mirror at dinning area (around 4 ft width) 13. Tempered glass swing door for kitchen entrance Oh forgot to mention the flat type... It's a 4A HDB flat (103sqm)

mm... seem like nobody has ever engaged their services... How bout this one: Penta Construction? This one is located at TradeHub21, besides Home Concept... So far, this one offers the cheapest quotation but we are not very convinced by the uncle... Our first impression is this is 100% contractor (or sub-contractor)...

Hi all, Just want to check if anyone ever uses Bonzon or AS Palace services? I'm staying somewhere in Bishan and happened to pass by these 2 contractors. AS Palace is located in Bishan, wheras, Bonzon is in AMK. I felt that their pricing is quite reasonable (based on our first meeting) Anyone has engaged them and is willing to share the experience, please let me know. Thanks a lot.... Cheers

Hi there, I'm planning to setup a small restaurant/food shop, I have just got the floor plan for the shop. The shop has been approved for restaurant. But I'm still looking for a contractor for a quotation on the renovation. Any good recommendation for contractor to do minor renovation? Things that I'm looking for: 1. Painting (whole area is 800 sft) 2. Kitchen (2xsinks + 2xhobs) 3. Grease Trap 4. Exchaust Hood 5. Toilet (there's existing toilet, just need to change the toilet bowl + sink) 6.
