Well i have problem routing my living room aircon pipe. The suggestion from the aircon man is ridiculous so want to see who in the forum stay in 3 rm install aircon in the living room then can take reference. Now the piping comes out from the common bathroom. The going out is not a prob. The prob lies with the coming back. From wat we found out is the beam at the passage way cannot drill hole, it's a pillar to support the house. So the only way is to go thru the guest bedroom all the way to master bedroom then to MBR toilet. One whole big round & definitely will look ugly with such thick casing. So i wonder how the LGians of 3 room deal with such prob. Where they actually route it. 4 Room layout will not have such prob. I think only 3 room. It's the layout & stupid design of the flat. Now i am having a huge headache.

Have a quick check with you all, anyone here stay in a 3 rm? I need some help can PM me or post me a msg? I have some problems with Air con, need to check with neighbours how you all do it.

Hi Blurer23, Is the walkway to your bedroom behind your sofa? Can you take a pic from the front of your sofa? I am also planning to place my sofa this way but wonder how it will look like.

Oh yes if it's the tennis court near the stadium, got to book it thru the counter in the badminton court there with the attendance. how much i'm not sure though. Can check thru website for the charges. Ohh.. good found one khaki in diving. I travel around for diving. Used to go malaysia then start moving outwards to phillipines. Is there a tennis court beside our LG? Or are you referring to the one nearer to the stadium? BTW i just started renovation today. Hopefully my tiles can be done up by this weekend. Anyone into diving? Any LGians?

Oic. Thanks HiHiHi! I'm getting abit confused here. So do we need to do sand and haulage for tilings from contractor or town council? And how much do i have to expect to pay for this sand & haulage service? My mother say sand is provided by the contractor no need to pay. Only need to pay for haulage which is not very expensive.

At the same time can i check with you all regarding the sand & haulage? I saw in the previous reply: 27 Haulage & debris fees 800 FOC 260 1100 260 Is there free sand & haulage service? My ID just told me tat he had a contractor to do this & the contractor is asking for $700 to do it. Where can i get the FOC one or the $260 one? Why is there such a big diff in pricing? Who has completed reno? Can advice on this part?
